Enjoy a banquet featuring handmade soba made with buckwheat flour from Matsumoto, ... Read more Shinshu. We also offer three types of lunch menus and a selection of desserts. Popular dishes include Basashi (raw horse meat), Sanzoku-yaki (grilled chicken), homemade Nozawana pickles, seasonal wild mushroom hot pot, and mushroom soba! Our seasonal local dishes are well-received! (Tempura is only available during the spring wild vegetable season.) We also have a variety of local sake from Shinshu, including "Daishinshu," "Misuzu," and "Kurosawa."
