Spider shrimp is delicious!! I, who love shrimp, have finally encountered a shrimp that can be eaten from head to tail. It's basically a shrimp-shaped pancake. It seems that this kind of shrimp isn't commonly available in the market, so I'm grateful for this opportunity to experience it.
As always, the appetizers are outstanding. The vegetables with a distinctive bitter taste, known as treviso, pair well with cheese, making them truly delicious. The tomato stew served with trippa is also exceptionally tasty, and it really enhances the wine experience!

It could be said that it started with a variety of appetizers, just like always. It's also pleasant that they explain each dish carefully and thoroughly.
As I was pondering what to serve as the main dish, today's special is crab pasta! I really like crab.

I have tasted Mafaldiene pasta for the first time, but again, the tomato sauce is well-integrated and delicious.
Although my manners are not good, since it's a special "渡り蟹" (a rare dish), I really wanted to suck it like a real kejankan. So, they even served me a finger bath with lemon in it, and I could suck it to my heart's content.

In the scorching heat of the return journey, we visited this place to recharge our energy with delicious cuisine and hospitality-filled service. I thought there were many restaurants that serve young corn during this time, but this place also offers it as a starter. The summer vegetables are delicious! The dish with tomatoes, cheese, basil, and ham—I forgot the name of the dish… but the cheese was absolutely delicious!

The main dish is my favorite lamb stew, flavored with rosemary and white wine vinegar—“Kachatola”.
Always taking the time to consider my needs and serving just one portion per person, I am very grateful. The wine that was served alongside the food was also excellent.
During the process, it was said that the sauce at Kachatola wouldn’t emulsify, so we had to make it again! This meant we had to wait a little longer. However, the shop’s dedication and their talk were definitely worth it as appetizers.

After the New Year, I visited with my son after watching a movie. The appetizers were always enjoyable and delicious. Some of the vegetables with a slight bitter taste in them appeared to be from Peruvian restaurants as well. Everything was perfect on the grill. It was really good.
On that day, the owner of BBA Shibata nearby was there to provide assistance. He also acted as a sommelier for us. We enjoyed a delightful and flavorful Japanese sake paired with other wines.
My son, who visited this restaurant for the first time, was also very satisfied. That's great!

The appetizers were served in a buffet style, and there was a free refill per plate. Unfortunately, the portions were so large that the presentation became less appealing, but the taste was absolutely outstanding!
