January evening (Asakusa edition)
After celebrating a friend’s birthday, I walked towards Asakusa Station. But to my surprise, the Kamiya Bar was already closed (closed by 9 PM).
Also, walking in the opposite direction... a shopping street that looks familiar.

The restaurant is located in an arcade street called “Sushiya Dori”.
It means it has been since April of last year, which is to say, for 9 months already.
The time period is also different from that time, but it's almost completely full.

April's late afternoon.
This time, since my accommodation was in Tanahara-machi, I decided to head towards Asakusa.
So, let's go to the restaurant we were aiming for~(・∀・)イヒッ

Since my reviewer has used this restaurant, I really wanted to visit it.
This restaurant opened in June 2020. It was established during a difficult time.
The interior of the restaurant consists of a standing area at the entrance and table seats.
I arrived around 5:30 PM, and there were no previous customers in the restaurant.
“Anywhere is fine,” said the man who seemed to be the owner. Following him, I entered the restaurant. I decided to drink from a drum can that was located near the entrance, while standing at the table.
By the way, this is the first time my family has been to a place where they can drink by themselves.

First of all, the main selling point of this restaurant is its craft beer.

Despite having a richly colored appearance, the bitterness is quite intense.

As we continued to drink, people coming back from work arrived, and by the time we left the restaurant, it was almost completely full (people were standing outside).
New employees often book reservations in groups of several people, while there are also individual customers. The customer base is quite diverse.
The owner trained at a famous Western-style restaurant in Asakusa and started his own business at the age of 30 (the restaurant has since closed: Trenta on Asakusa-bashi).
This restaurant opened during a period when tourist numbers were significantly reduced. It seems to have been a difficult time for them, but we hope they can turn things around in the future.
So, let's have a light-hearted stroll in Asakusa for a sobering up experience~
