I heard that the head chef of a yakiniku restaurant in the Toshiku district of Yokohama has finally decided to start his own business. So, with my family of four, we went there right away to try their food.
The location is about a minute’s walk from Youtian Temple Station. I came here by car this time, and there was also a parking space nearby. Since it’s a semi-underground structure, it might be hard to find if you’re new to the area… But a orange-colored statue of a cow was very enthusiastic about promoting the place, so it was actually easier than I thought.
Upon entering the restaurant, you are greeted by a stylish atmosphere that makes it seem unlike a typical kebab shop. It's a very calm and peaceful space.
ordered drinks immediately after ordering food!
I was amazed by the sheer variety of one-piece dishes! Beef sashimi, yukke, and other dishes... It's all properly approved as raw meat, so no worries (^ω^).
I ate something called BT風ユッケ. It was seasoned with olive oil and salt, so it had a completely different taste from before. Moreover, it was extremely delicious!! Even the beef tempura felt fresh, while the meat still retained its rich flavor, making me want to drink more alcohol (^p^)
Vegetables were also eaten, and mainly meat was consumed. ( ´艸`)
And the most important part: the grilled dishes
This time, I ordered top tanjiru, hatsu, harami, upper yakiniku, lever, shimachio, gala, and also the rare cut of kai. Additionally, I got the specially sliced upper yakiniku as well ♥
This time, I ordered meat from a rare cut. But there were also other items on the menu, such as zabuton and that Shuto-Brian-related item!!
I came from the upper tandoor, so I ate it right away. There were four people in my family who were hungry, so we ate heartily. The meat had sesame oil added to it, so I added that oil while eating it. It had a firm texture, and the flavor of the sesame oil added another layer of taste... It was delicious!
It's nice to see that Hatsu isn't seen around anymore recently.
Harami and ross are also delicious. Especially the top-roasted ross, which I ate with wasabi. The combination of salt and wasabi is truly wonderful! Even though the kai-mi has a strong fat taste, the wasabi helps to balance it out, making it quite enjoyable.
What can be said about all types of meat is that, first and foremost, the appearance is absolutely stunning. The meat is cut in a very beautiful manner. From the look alone, one can sense its deliciousness. Moreover, the oil used during preparation is excellent, resulting in a truly juicy texture. Of course, there are differences depending on the type of meat, but overall, it has a juiciness that melts in the mouth!
And then, I finally got to eat this delicious lever. First of all, its appearance was truly stunning. The color is an extremely beautiful red. I've always liked levers and often ate them, but I've never seen a lever that beautiful! It's absolutely gorgeous! Even my father, who loves levers, couldn't hide his admiration. The crunchy texture is proof of the dish's freshness. Moreover, there's a rich sweetness that’s characteristic of levers. In short, this lever is incredibly delicious! You really should try it! Apparently, he really liked levers so much that he ordered another plate (laughs).
I received a special cutaway top pork belly dish, which was cooked perfectly. I enjoyed it with radish oroshi and ponzu sauce. Although the pork belly itself has quite a bit of fat, the combination of oroshi and ponzu effectively removed all the fat from the dish. Moreover, the juicy flavor of the meat was truly outstanding, especially considering that it was a cutaway piece. (* ̄ー ̄*)
I ordered a Shichijō and Galga together. The organ meat was cooked thoroughly on a griddle. The organ meat was served with miso, but the firm texture of Galga was simply delicious. The Shichijō also became more flavorful the more you chewed it. Delicious.
The stone-baked bibimbab comes with wakame soup. It’s so delicious that I really want to eat something else! So, I ordered kappa.
A simple yet satisfying flavor, as if it’s cleansing the grease in your mouth... Perfect for the final course. (^o^)/
Interestingly, the dessert is shaved ice! It seems that the ice is properly sourced from suppliers, and it’s produced using specialized machinery. This was also one of the last items I ordered. The ice was fluffy, reminiscent of shaved ice made with natural ice. I drizzled a little cream over it to enhance the flavor. The manager seemed to take this seriously… (This shaved ice is incredibly delicious!!!)
The meat is delicious, and the interior is stylish. Generally, when it comes to grilled meat, people tend to think of a place where they can drink and have a lively atmosphere. But this BEEF TABLE is a calm and stylish space where you can enjoy meat dishes. I believe it’s such a unique and special place. I could sense the dedication and care put into every aspect by the manager.
This time, I didn't drink any alcohol, but the variety of drinks was extremely rich. I'm looking forward to deciding which one to drink with the meat next time.
As a server, I seem to be still not fully accustomed to the job. However, my politeness is well conveyed, so I hope to improve in this area in the future (*^-^*)
We have four family members. We ate a lot, and the total cost was around 20,000 yen or so. Considering the quality of the food, it’s quite reasonable. By the way, items like yukke and raw meat tend to be more expensive. However, BEEF TABLE wasn’t like that at all. The prices were actually quite affordable, which was surprising.
Since everyone in the family was satisfied, it seems to be a decent place for a "CP" rating. I really want to go there again. If only I could go there with a girl... That's what makes this place so stylish.
无论如何,这家店的氛围和提供的美食都非常出色,我非常满意,所以给五星!!
We want to enjoy delicious meat, including fresh meat and rare cuts, in a stylish and tranquil atmosphere. I believe this is a restaurant perfect for those who share such desires.
