The last gourmet experience of my Okinawa trip… it was definitely grilled meat!
While searching for a grill restaurant along the International Street,
I found a delicious "MotoBU Cow" from Okinawa, a brand of beef.
It’s past 5 p.m. on a weekday.
It was a early hour, so the restaurant was relatively empty.
The interior of the restaurant is calm and has a refined atmosphere, allowing us to enjoy our time without feeling too pressed. Every table is spacious and comfortable.
The order was for,
・上ネギタン塩 2,800円
・本場の牛ロース 1,500円
・モトブ牛カルビ 1,500円
・Yanbaru Pork Ribs: 1,200 yen
・石焼ビビンバ 1,200円
This restaurant offers the opportunity to enjoy Okinawa beef and Yabanaru pork, which is a great pleasure!!
There are many barbecue restaurants, but the ability to enjoy the local brand beef makes them alluring.
The scallion used in the salted scallion dish is served together with the meat after it is cooked. The scallions are tender and soft, with a rich fat that seeps out. The pleasant spicy flavor of the scallions complements this dish perfectly.
The beef loin doesn’t feel fluffy at all; rather, it has a solid texture. It had a rich red meat flavor.
If I order the special, will it be soft? I'm curious!
The karabai also had a texture similar to that of the rose.
The fat was firmly established, and the rice became more appealing.
The pork butt had a sweet, fatty flavor that came out beautifully, and it was absolutely delicious.
Enjoyed delicious grilled meat during this last dinner in Okinawa! It was a very enjoyable time (*˘︶˘*).。*♡
