2015/8
Although I visited this restaurant frequently since my last visit, I was unable to post any photos, so I did not write a review.
It’s still August, but the matsutake mushrooms are already starting to grow!
During that time, I went skiing with my friends. Everyone was amazed by the matsutake mushrooms they saw for the first time this season!
Before we go up onto the snowy surface, let's still go and eat matsutake mushrooms again!

2014/11
It's already winter, so now is the best time to enjoy delicious Kue-udon!
Delicious dishes such as quay pot and foie gras steamed in a bowl. A number of wonderful dishes indeed.
This time, on the same day, a very influential reviewer had an enjoyable off-site event, and I paid my respects to them. It was good to see that everyone seemed to be in good health.

2014/8
The preparation of one-koto Matsutake Steak has begun.
As always, I visit here once a month. Now, the dish of Matsutake grilled alone has started to appear, giving a sense of autumn.
It has a pleasant fragrance, and the food is delicious!
On that day, I enjoyed a restaurant with a simple construction style. It was a chance to reconfirm the deliciousness of authentic engawa cuisine.
Thank you very much, Manager!

2014/1~2014/4
This season, despite being the skiing season, we enjoy delicious food once a month.
During the winter months, I ate delicious dishes like pufferfish and quail.
As always, I am completely captivated by the culinary talent of the head chef.
This time, in April, as a celebration for my promotion and as a gift for the employees, we received a 3.8-kilogram of tuna as a celebration gift.
They served us on large plates, just like wrestlers serve food. And as a bonus, we also received a bouquet of flowers when we left.
Thank you very much for always providing delicious food.

2013/11~12
These days, I've been coming here every week. Since there are now bonito dishes available, I'm posting this review.
That day was precisely the release date for Bourgogne wine.
Previously, on the day of the ban, we ate pufferfish here, and it was truly delicious.
In particular, the puffer fish is best when cooked over a charcoal fire!
I will definitely come again~.

2013/10
I visit here almost every month, or even every week. It feels like I'm at home.
Such a place that truly brings comfort to the heart.
The chef’s dedicated effort in preparing the dishes, and the great care shown by the manager (returning from his third generation after a long absence!).
The staff members are very efficient and attentive in their service.
Truly amazing!
This season, we have already cooked matsutake mushrooms in various dishes multiple times.
It's almost the season for river sturgeon, so I'm looking forward to it.
I hope this restaurant will always remain an amazing place.

2013/7
It has been a while since my last visit, but I visited three times in July.
Company's cooling down activities, hospitality towards customers, and a drink party with my good friend, the review writer.
None
So, are there any other restaurants where you can get a service for 5,000 to 6,000 yen?
We will continue to visit this place regularly.
This time, there is a dazzling array of delicious dishes, including summer-style tilapia, grayling, lobster roasting, stone trout, and kusa-go.
Let's go again!

2013/2
It was a long-awaited gathering with a dear friend, and I visited twice in a row.
In that instance, I conveyed to the head chef my request to enjoy delicious food for two consecutive weeks.
Indeed, the variety of dishes is impressive, and both the friends I brought along and my business partners are deeply impressed.
Indeed, in my opinion, it is a restaurant that cannot be left out of the top list of the best CPs.
On the first day, it started with sashimi of freshwater shrimp. There were also various types of steamed dishes, grilled dishes, baked white beans, and a duck stew with collagen. It was a feast of delicious food. Among them,
The most outstanding feature was the omlet, which the head chef brought over with great energy and enthusiasm.
The ingredients were packed with flavor, and the cooking process further concentrated the deliciousness of the dish.
On the second week, the appetizers included a bowl of fried white rice, Kue sashimi, beef tataki, furagra-yaki, and Kue shabu. However, the most impressive part was when four people ordered two cups of...
Large hairy crab!
I, who love crustaceans, was absolutely thrilled! I received a truly delicious hairy crab.
And, the kani miso in the armor was made from Yahai Mountain ingredients. I drank it!
The most luxurious way to enjoy Japanese soy sauce—both in terms of eating and drinking—has lifted everyone's spirits!
Head chef and manager, it's almost time for our skiing session to end, so we’ll visit as members of the club!
====================================================
2012/12
I have enjoyed a special menu featuring the elusive fish, including sashimi of kue and a full course of kue dishes.
Sashimi was my first experience with sashimi. It was bland on the surface, but it had a surprisingly sweet taste!
Due to a slight increase in temperature, the sweetness of Shab-Shab has improved in each level.
It was absolutely delicious.
Whenever you visit, it’s always the best!
=====================================================
I used this place for a pre-season get-together of my always close friends from the skiing club! (I use this place almost once a month.)
As usual, the head chef, the manager of the restaurant, and the staff gave a wonderful welcome.
The members of the club also expressed great satisfaction with the ambiance of the place.
Today, since there were also children present, we prepared sashimi of live kawaihagi and monodon, miso-sukiyaki with matsutake mushrooms, shumai, fried puffer fish, and puffer fish roasting.
For adults, there's a plethora of dishes related to pufferfish! From pufferfish tessa to soil-bell steamed dishes, fried pufferfish, grilled pufferfish, pufferfish potstools, and even pufferfish with cabbage stew... a complete array of pufferfish dishes!
Everyone was very satisfied, but especially the pork belly dish made everyone “This is delicious!” and they were absolutely thrilled.
The puffer fish cooked over a charcoal fire by the head chef is always delicious, no matter when it comes. It was highly praised as being the most delicious dish.
Next, maybe I should go and eat something like a quelle.
==============================================================================
My wife and son were complaining that their "daddy" was eating only matsutake mushrooms and kawaihagi, which was quite unfair! So, I brought the family along to enjoy the meal.
My wife and son were extremely excited by the first try of matsutake mushrooms and the vividly alive kawaihagi.
The son said, "Kawahagi is delicious!" while eating a whole portion.
However, I asked the head chef to prepare a smaller portion at 5000 yen, so my wallet is now relieved.
In Ginza, to be able to eat such a delicious meal, enjoy foie gras, and have unlimited drinks for only 5,000 yen—it’s truly a miracle!
Head chef, please let them in as much as you like!
==================================================================
Used for important business receptions.
This time, I asked the head chef to prepare a small amount of sashimi and matsutake mushrooms as my request!
I was perfectly satisfied with your response.
Cowfish & new salmon.
Kawahagi is eaten with liver soy sauce.
Um, it's absolutely delicious.
The one-piece grilled Matsutake mushroom also tasted good. It’s been a year since I last ate it, but the aroma is wonderful and the taste is delicious.
Let's proceed again!
====================================================================================
Recently, when it comes to Japanese cuisine, the first place that comes to mind is this restaurant.
They are so attentive to providing delicious food for customers.
This restaurant really listens to all of our requests, so it’s truly a great place to eat.
A classmate from middle school said, "I want to eat delicious Japanese food!" So, once again, I decided to go there with a meal plan that costs 6,000 yen, including a drink menu.
On this day, I had dishes mainly consisting of large, delicious scallops and clams.
As always, it was extremely delicious. My friend even made a reservation for the next visit.
In addition to the usual all-you-can-eat service, there’s also a special "幻の焼酎魔王" available. I tried it, and it was absolutely delicious!
Also, I would like to visit again in the near future.

The following are reviews from the past until now.
Since the ski season has also come to an end, a thank-you party was held to honor the ski instructors.
I called in advance and asked to have the chef’s signature dish. Without revealing the specific dish, I requested a meal with drinks for 6,000 yen.
Oh~ That content is really amazing!
First, the head chef himself brought over a large crab and various other dishes using a boat.
This gets really exciting!
The following 11 dishes.
Everything is top-notch.
Gradually showcasing changes in the abalone, creating dishes that are not boring and can be enjoyed with both the eyes and the mind. It's a Japanese-style cuisine.
All participants received the highest level of satisfaction.
I forgot to take photos of it, but the two cups of boiled hairy crab are an incredible amount, with a lot of meat inside—truly top-quality stuff.
A master from Otoon exclaimed, "This is an incredibly good hairy crab!"
My son also eagerly devoured the first hairy crab he encountered.
And "Dad~ I want to go there again! There, where we can eat hairy crabs and delicious sashimi"...
It seems that it has become a situation where regular external reviews are necessary.
I will definitely go there again soon!

The following are reviews from the past until now.
2011년 11월 17일, 오늘은 보졸레 노바의 출시일입니다.
ところで、その日は超豪華な鮰料理三昧コースに飲み放題を付けて、8000円で注文しました。
Of course, Boisry Noir 6480 yen does not include drinks, so there is an additional charge for that.
The number of people was four, including those who work in the business sector.
Upon entering the restaurant, the head chef and all the staff came out to greet us. They said, "Thank you very much for your constant support! Today, please enjoy delicious dishes featuring river sturgeon..." Their service was extremely polite.
As always, the service is truly terrifying.
First of all, beer to soothe the throat.
And, this is a Boisrye Nouveau with a serial number.
I don't quite understand the wine-related details, but it seems that the wine is much more delicious than last year.
Well, the much-anticipated pufferfish menu.
・突出部分
・Prawn Broth
・Prawn stew served in a eel pot
・Fugu Tattai
・The head chef prepares the puffer fish grilled on a charcoal fire.
・Prawn Fried Dish
・Takoyaki
・Prawn Curry Stew
And, I was completely stuffed.
The puffer fish I received today had a firm texture, and it was really juicy!
All the dishes were simply outstandingly delicious.
Among them, the standout was the puffer fish tattaki and the puffer fish grilled over charcoal fire.
The puffer fish tataki is cooked over a light grill until it reaches a thickness of about four slices of sashimi. It is served with a jelly-like sauce made from ponzu vinegar, which greatly enhances the deliciousness of the fish. Thanks to the tataki preparation, the flavor is concentrated within the fish.
The puffer fish cooked over charcoal fire makes it even more delicious!
A course of so delicious puffer fish that I have never tasted anything like it! My companion was also truly impressed and was very happy, even though it was a business dinner.
This too is a result of excellent taste and service.
Also, a return visit is definitely possible.
The following is the review from the previous time onward.
Before posting the review, I have already visited this restaurant three times.
Initially, this was an off-party organized by T-san, a member of the supernatural community. The second time, it was a small party for friends who got along well. The third time, it was used within the company.
So far, I have been using this restaurant at a high pace, twice a week. I have truly enjoyed the excellent service and the delicious cuisine offered here.
On my second visit, once again, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Danjiro for his constant support.
And, they provided polite service over the phone.
On the way back, the head chef overtook the elevator and went ahead of us from the 6th floor to the 1st floor. He personally saw us off at the 1st floor.
The third time, right before entering the store, on the street on the first floor, someone said, "Dankan-san, we’re waiting for you!" I was really shocked by that.
So far, there are hardly any restaurants where the basics of customer service are mastered.
This is truly a wonderful restaurant.
Since I’ve already booked a super luxurious dish featuring puffer fish, this is definitely a restaurant I can’t wait to visit.

First Visit >
I've wanted to visit this restaurant since before. I was invited there, so I went.
The location is on the 6th floor of a building with a Yamagata Prefecture specialty store on the first floor, in Ginza 1-chome.
Indeed, it truly is a Japanese-style kaiseki ryokan. As soon as you step off the elevator, a whole new world opens up before you.
Well, there are many restaurants with such a concept in Ginza, but among them, this one has a sense of luxury.
The interior of the restaurant also features private rooms and semi-private rooms, creating a highly private atmosphere.
This time, we have a delightful option: a one-pot grilled Matsutake course, along with unlimited drinks, for a price of 6,000 yen.
The content of the cuisine is,
All of them are extremely delicious, and they are traditional Japanese dishes that require a lot of effort to prepare.
Matsutake mushrooms are also prepared by the head chef himself over a charcoal fire on the table.
It has a wonderful, delicious smell. The aroma of grilled matsutake mushrooms is truly intoxicating.
After being roasted, the matsutake mushrooms lose most of their moisture, resulting in a size that is about one-third of its original size. However, this process also concentrates the flavor of the mushrooms.
At first, it was said that one could eat the food without any toppings. So, when I put the freshly baked food into my mouth...
Yummy~
The aroma and taste of the matsutake mushrooms I have eaten before were truly remarkable—so extraordinary that I wondered what kind of mushrooms they really were.
Next, with salt… This too is excellent!
We truly enjoyed this dish; we savored it with great luxury.
With this, I drank a lot and ended up spending 6,000 yen!
Cheap!
Thank you for inviting me, dear guest.
Two weeks later, I went there again.
Once again, I had the help of T., a familiar figure at this restaurant. Once more, I enjoyed a drink plan with matsutake mushrooms for 6,000 yen!
The cuisine was also delicious, and the Matsutake mushrooms were top-notch!
The manager also said that it was a truly wonderful day, and that they would definitely come back again. I thanked them for their kind words.
It's a great restaurant.
