We went to "Shakabu Rudarma Shop", which is located within 2 minutes' walk from Shizuoka Station, with two friends and myself!
The sign with the lit Daltorma light at the storefront caught my attention, and I couldn't help but stop there. Impressed by the retro atmosphere of the exterior, I decided to enter. Inside, the atmosphere was lively yet calm, and I immediately liked it✨️
The interior gives a warm feeling of wood, making it comfortable to be in. The staff are friendly and attentive. It's a place where even first-time visitors can relax naturally!
First, I ordered the famous “Chūrōchi (999 yen)”. The portion was more than I expected; the fatty Chūrōchi was incredibly delicious, melting in the mouth. For this price, it’s definitely a great deal! Next, I ordered “Oden Selection (680 yen)”. The radish that absorbed the broth well, the eggs, and the seasoned ingredients—all had excellent taste. The mild flavor made me crave more alcohol. This is definitely a must-try dish during the cold season!
“しめ鯖の薬味カルパ（700円）”も非常におすすめです。しめ鯖の酸味と薬味の香りがバランスよく調和しており、見た目も美しく、食べるだけで止まらなくなります。日本酒との相性も抜群でした。
And what I really liked was the "Shredded Cucumber Cream Cheese (500 yen)". The freshness of the shredded cucumber and the richness of the cream cheese combined perfectly. It’s just right as a garnish.
Overall, the quality of the food is high, and the prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is also pleasant, making it a great place to enjoy meals either alone or with friends!
This is a recommended restaurant for enjoying delicious dishes and alcoholic drinks in Shizuoka. I highly suggest you try to dine there at the counter!
