KamiyaThe restaurant I was told about by a friend, which I really liked, so I invited my friend along and made a reservation.
Arrived at the restaurant at 6 p.m.
The restaurant is located about 3 minutes’ walk from the Tsudai Station, within an arcade shopping district.
The interior of the restaurant has a counter with about 10 seats, two tables for four people each, and one private room that can accommodate up to six people.
The interior is clean and elegant, with plenty of space between the seats.
This restaurant offers only the "おまかせコース". Additionally, including Japanese sake among other free drinks (premium wines like "新政・田酒" can be ordered at an additional fee), the total cost is 7,700 yen. The pricing is clear and straightforward. (๑>◡<๑)
We were guided to the counter, and first, we ordered raw beer (*≧∀≦*).
After drinking it up, switch to sake.
The dishes are all elegant, and they make extensive use of seasonal ingredients, making them delicious.
The amount was just right, not too much or too little. It was perfectly suitable for us.
At the start, we were the only ones in the restaurant. But after 7 p.m., even private rooms were fully booked Σ(゚д゚lll)
Indeed, with such a good value, you really want to visit even if it's not in your neighborhood. (๑>◡<๑)
I would like to visit again around autumn.

◎無花果と鮮魚の揚げ出し……キューティーキングという緑色の皮がついた無花果と伊佐木の揚げ出し。
It's served with broth, rather than a thick-flavored filling.
The broth is delicious (*´ω`*)
◎ごまさばの山椒オイル煮――ほんのりとした山椒の香りがするごまさばを、茗荷と一緒に味わいます。
After being baked, it is cooked in oil, so the crust becomes fragrant and delicious.
◎お造り盛り合わせ・・・鰹、太刀魚、平目の盛り合わせ。
All of them are rich in flavor and delicious! Especially the swordfish with a roasted crust on its skin, which was extremely tasty.
◎鮎の魚醤焼き……鮎の魚醤というのは初めて食べるが、サラリとしていて癖がなく、非常に上品な旨味がある。
Compared to being grilled, the umami flavor is increased, making it a perfect match for alcohol. (๑>◡<๑)
○桃のコンポート・・・優しい甘さの桃のコンポートです。
As a finishing touch.
◎天ぷら盛り・・・ナスとマグロ、万願寺、インゲン、赤い春巻き、ビーツ、鱧の天ぷらを組み合わせた盛り合わせ。
All the dishes were served quickly and were delicious. However, the eggplant fried with eel in a braised style was innovative and truly delicious.
◎アワ雪ポークロースステーキ……ここに来て初めて食べる肉です。
Pork steak tends to be tough, but this one is plump, tender, and delicious. (*´Д`*)
The salad and salt are very light and refreshing. The accompanying roasted edamame is also delicious.
◎ドルチェドリームごはん・・・ドルチェドリーム!?どんなごはん!?と思ったら、実はトウモロコシだった(((o(*゚▽゚*)o)))♡
