I went to the restaurant 【Mi'an】 in Toyohashi to host a birthday party for a friend!
It seems that every year, you hold a birthday party here, and I am honored to be invited on such a special day!
【미안】씨는 지역 사람들에게 사랑받는 장소 같아요.
Going there means you might meet someone you know, which is really nice, right? (*´˘`*)♡
The dishes of fish are already laid out on the table, filling it up. Each dish is fresh and rich in flavor.
That deliciousness made me so enamored that I forgot to take notes.
The sashimi is fresh and cut into thick pieces, with a crisp texture and extremely delicious! The sweet eel served with kombu? It's my first time eating it, but this is truly a steal for sake lovers!!
But what really captured my heart was, of course, the "kakioko" that is characteristic of this particular season!
Honestly, I think persimmon is a ingredient that can vary in taste depending on personal preferences. But for me, it's a seasonal delicacy of autumn.
Misan-san's persimmon is crispy and fragrant, with an excellent saltiness that perfectly complements the sake. It’s truly a delight to enjoy!(∩˃o˂∩)♡
That rich flavor spreads with each bite, making one feel a sense of happiness—“Ah, it’s that season again.” This is a taste of happiness ❤︎
And, of course, the star dish is "Sukiyaki"!
Sweet meat and rich sauce create an excellent match♪♪
So many times that I actually shout out, “This is dangerous!”
It's so soft and fluffy, and every time you put it in your mouth, it melts away, which is absolutely delightful!!!
This time, we all brought alcohol with us. I really like the taro-brewed shochu that my friends love! Among those, there’s also the roasted taro-brewed shochu.
Friends also said "delicious, delicious!" and were overjoyed, filled with happy emotions.
Thank you very much for the wonderful seasonal flavors and delicious dishes at 【Mi'an】 in Toyohashi! It was a truly happy time.
