I used this restaurant again during the appointment.
I prefer drip coffee. My friend prefers cafe latte.
The drip coffee changes depending on the situation. This time, it has little acidity and is of a type that can be enjoyed easily. It slightly differs from my preferences.
This Latte doesn’t have a strong espresso flavor, but its balance with milk is quite good. There’s nothing particularly noteworthy about it, but it’s a decent and delicious coffee latte.
Previously, the ginger latte with its sweet taste seemed to be more to the liking of my friend.
It's quite rare, you know.
Personally, I would like to try drinking Americano Hot this time.
Thank you for your hospitality.

Used for the meeting.
I think this café mainly serves latte. So I tried ordering a black Americano there.
My friend ordered ginger latte.
Because it was cold that day, I ordered an Americano with hot flavor. ♪
The beans are prepared using Brazilian medium-roasted espresso-style.
One sip, it's to my liking♡
A taste that spreads with a juicy sourness, definitely a favorite for those who enjoy sour flavors in coffee♡
There is almost no bitterness.
Latt felt that the restaurant was more expensive because of that.
Personally, I think that espresso with a bit of bitterness is suitable for drinking with Latte. It seems to have a good balance between the coffee flavor and milk.
My friend’s ginger latte is also slightly sweet and mild. The aroma of ginger is complemented by the scent of cinnamon, making the milk foam very fine. It’s a delicious drink that’s perfect for warming one up in winter.
Personally, I really liked the Americano, so I would like to have it again.
Thank you for your hospitality.

I had been interested in this café for a while, but I couldn’t really make it over to visit. So, I stopped by here.
A café where the highlight is its Latte art?? Even coffee is considered special? What kind of café is it?
The interior of the restaurant is a comfortable space where you can enjoy yourself.
A style where transactions are processed before serving food for consumption inside the restaurant.
I selected and shared drip coffee, ginger tea for my friend, and Earl Grey cake and cheese cake as desserts.
Drip coffee is a blend of coffee that changes depending on the moment, and it should be chosen as such.
That day, it was a blend of Guatemala and El Salvador.
It has a texture similar to chocolate, with the aroma of nuts. The roast level is medium-fast, and it does have a hint of bitterness. However, the balance between bitterness and acidity is quite satisfactory. It’s not exactly what I prefer, but it’s different from my usual taste preferences.
If I had a straight coffee, that's what I would have chosen♪
My friend’s Ginger Latte was a beautiful milkshake with a fragrant ginger aroma. It’s a rare type of latte, and I really appreciated it.
If the beans used for espresso are not delicious, it would be a complete disappointment. However, this restaurant offers both espresso and latte, so you can rest assured.
☆アールグレイケーキ
Umm, I just had a delicious pound cake the other day. So, to be honest, the cake has no aroma or flavor at all. Even though it’s Earl Grey tea, its taste is so weak that it’s almost like plain tea—no real flavor at all. It’s not very appealing at all.
Are there any issues with the ingredients used, such as the flour? And also the fats... ^_^;
If I write too much, it will be sent back as a draft again (^_^;)
☆チーズケーキ
Smooth, creamy, and sticky texture—the mouthfeel is extremely good. However, due to a poor balance in the ingredients, both the aroma and taste are somewhat dull and disappointing.
The foundation itself is also quite questionable (^_^;)
Cakes also require careful consideration of the combination of ingredients.
The atmosphere is comfortable, and if you prefer a Latin-style coffee or other blends that suit your taste, you'll find these drinks quite delicious. The café itself isn’t bad, but the quality of the desserts is quite low. (^_^;)
When it gets “brushed up” again, the impression changes once more.
Thank you for your hospitality.
