Located behind the main office of Okinawa Bank, this high-class kaiseki restaurant has been in operation since August 2008.
We offer the finest sashimi from Yamakō, one of the leading sashimi wholesalers in Toyocho Market. The variety of specialty dishes using high-quality ingredients is truly unparalleled in Naha.
The head chef is Mr. Yasushi Anno.
Since 1994, he has trained at various sushi restaurants in Tokyo.
In 2010, I returned to Okinawa, and since May 2017, I have been working at Moe Sushi.
I have visited the Moe Sushi several times.
This time, I was served a course in a private room.
Since I arrived a little early, I'll wait for the others with mustard and raw beer outside of the course area.

It has a delicate texture and a very delicious sea flavor.
Sliced radish and turnips are arranged alternately on the plate, making it very refreshing to eat.
Some restaurants may have overcooked the meat, resulting in a dry texture, but this restaurant's dishes are moist and delicious.

I also tried tofu curry, a dish that I haven't had yet in Okinawa cuisine.
豆腐餃子とは、沖縄の島豆腐を泡盛や麹、赤麹などに長期間(一般的には6ヶ月程度)漬け込んだ発酵食品です。チーズのような風味で塩辛く、少し食べて十分満足しました。まあ、珍味ですね。

Red clams are a rare catch that is not commonly found at sushi restaurants in Okinawa.

I drank a lot of sake, and then I paid for my meal.
This restaurant not only offers a full course meal, but it is also a place where the true capabilities of the cuisine are truly displayed when ordered as an à la carte option.
We serve dishes made with high-quality ingredients such as bonito, kinton, abalone, eel, and taro.
Additionally, the black beef cutlets and roasts are also outstanding.
In a place like Okinawa, where conditions are not ideal, there must be some secret methods to successfully manage such an abundance of ingredients.
There are also counters available, but there are also spacious private rooms. Therefore, this place is suitable for gatherings and family get-togethers. It’s highly recommended.
