A restaurant founded in 1977 that serves delicious food.
We serve sukiyaki or shabushabu. But before that, we allow guests to enjoy a variety of delicious dishes. So, even if I call this place a "sukiyaki/shabushabu restaurant," it feels a bit off.
I learned about this place several years ago from "Goethe". It seemed to be highly recommended by people like Ms. Misaki.
I had been very interested in this restaurant for a long time, but when I read the reviews posted on Yumello, it seems that they do not allow first-time visitors to apply for a reservation.
However, since this year, I came across an Instagram post by Ms. Furumori. I thought, “Perhaps she doesn’t refuse guests upon first sighting?” So, I tried to make a reservation, and it was successful.
Then, at the "Best Restaurant in Life" mentioned a while ago, Mr. Wenz mentioned this place. When I checked the website of this program, it says that reservations are not allowed on the first visit. Sorry if you can't get a reservation.
Although the introduction was a bit long, it was truly an amazing restaurant!
I also thought of "Tsuyama" in Akasaka and "Appia" in Hiroko.
I believe this restaurant is particularly popular among middle-aged and older men who have money.
Instead of a fixed menu, you can eat whatever you like at your own pace.
First and foremost, there is a presentation of the ingredients.
(It is covered for infection prevention measures.)
You can order by discussing together your preferred ingredients and cooking methods.
We ordered the following items together.
While receiving the appetizers, we wait.
Kohada and salmon grilled dish
Potato Salad
Harass
Silver cod pickled in Nishikyō sauce
Hakō no Tare Yaki
Kaki-fry
Fried Matsutake Mushrooms
Next, let's talk about the meat! You can choose between sukiyaki or shabu-shabu. I'll go for sukiyaki.
We also have the option to choose the number of pieces of meat. We received two pieces each.
I received rice, miso soup, and meat together with the other dishes.
Finally, we were given some fruits.
The meat was delicious!
The frosting was just right, and I received two pieces.
Feeling full, I couldn't order the famous Bakdun onigiri.
The roasted onigiri also looked delicious.
The conversation with the owner and the waiters was also excellent, and we had a very enjoyable time.
I didn't know the exact price at all, so I thought it would cost around 20,000 yen per person. But that wasn't the case at all!
I really want to visit here again.
Spent money: 15,000 yen
