This evening's meal was held at Akabu.
I got off at Akabegatafu Station of Tokyo Metro. After exiting from Exit No. 1, I walked along "Kita-Honmichi" and found the restaurant on the first floor of "Apahotel Akabegatafu Station Front". This was the restaurant we were going to visit today, named "Tosa Chicken Oshio Jiro".

At our restaurant, we offer exquisite dishes made with high-quality Takayama ingredients, along with Takayama sake. The local chicken from Tosa is known for its perfect bite, with a balanced combination of sweetness and umami. For lunch, we serve a set meal including Toshin chicken; for dinner, we offer a chicken stew course with unlimited drinks. We have around 40 types of sake available, including local products. Our interior is lively and cheerful, typical of a Takayama izakaya. There are counters with special discounts, as well as tables where you can enjoy your meal with friends. Group reservations are also available.
I made a reservation through the Yutublog reservation service. The staff at the restaurant treated me as if I were an invisible person. I stood at the entrance for about three minutes while waiting, and finally, when they finally spotted me, I was directed to a two-person table.
The number of customers seems to be around 60%, but it was clearly evident that both the hall and the kitchen were extremely busy (;´∀`).
While pointing at the menu, I asked for a raw beer. The waiter who came over seemed to be checking the order for a drink. Then, he pointed at the “Corner Hi-Boil” on the menu and said, “Is this place safe? (◎_◎;)?”
In about 7 minutes, I was served a light beer with a foam amount that seemed to indicate it had been consumed before photography. The price was 550 yen. On that day, what I ordered was...

The katsuo appeared to be cut into thick slices and looked beautiful, but the sauce, wasabi in tubes, salt, and other seasonings were mixed together, resulting in a messy mixture. Moreover, the order slip was still attached to the product, giving an unfortunate impression (~_~;).
Here, we were served a Kaku High-Ball for 500 yen.

The most delicious dish I had today was the pork liver. It was truly outstanding (◉Θ◉).
⑥ 신선한 고치산 도로메 식초 550엔
The first item that was expected to be served as the first order arrived at the end.
I expected this dish of young herring would be paired with a gentle Tosa vinegar, but to my surprise, it was served with a vinegar that had quite strong acidity. (*`艸´)ウシシシ
I went to the customers who complained that their meals were not ready. After checking, I found that they were all making mistakes in their orders. Order mistakes occurred frequently at each table. Some customers even decided to cancel their orders and leave the restaurant. ( ̄▽ ̄;)
The bill was significantly higher than my calculation—6,600 yen. I could understand that there might be some confusion during the opening period due to operational issues. However, the extent of the confusion at this restaurant really left me baffled. I wondered what kind of preparations they had made for such a situation. (´-∀-`;)
