After that, the eel dish arrives. It’s so luxurious that I’m surprised. Just one piece of eel… I knew it was available, but its presence is truly impressive!!
The eel had a fragrant skin, crispy on the outside, and its flesh was thick and fluffy—the cooking degree was absolutely perfect!

The utensils specifically designed for eel seem to have excellent insulation properties. Even after a certain amount of time has passed, if you place a spoon in them, steam will still be generated.
Included in the set are dishes like tuna, kanchari, and saba. They are presented as minor ingredients, but these items are also truly fresh, crisp, and delicious! It's just too luxurious✨️

Seasonal fruits were served with the meal.
If held with chopsticks, it falls down due to gravity—so soft! I can hold it without chewing it (confident).
Even the desserts are of high quality.
◆Kikukawa Eel Special Assamblage
A Japanese sake developed in collaboration with the three famous chefs of Kyoto—Tsukushi Motoyuki, Kamizu, and Yufunobou. Only available to be consumed here at Kikukawa's tuna restaurant.
Although it is a sweet-tasting dish, its aftertaste is acidic, making it easy to drink. Therefore, it complements the strong flavors of the eel perfectly. It’s truly a great match. ⋆͛

On the counter on the first floor, it seems that eel is being cooked. That seems interesting too.
The uncle who was cooking eel gave me a great response by allowing me to take photos of him.
