Starting with the classic sazame, there are also rib meat, pork cutlet, stewed meat, shiitake mushrooms, asparagus wrapped in pork, hattamoto, quail, long yams, and other skewered dishes that offer a steady supply of delicious flavors. Of course, we can't forget the individual dishes either. There are also appetizers like eel with clouded sea crab and miso sauce, firefly eel with chanchard, as well as plenty of fried pastries and other desserts to accompany the alcohol. This restaurant offers a consistently delicious meal no matter when you visit. There are just two tables on the counter and further away, allowing for a quiet atmosphere to enjoy conversations. Especially noteworthy is the six varieties of fresh-sown samusame available. I always try several varieties each time I dine here. There are also other appetizing dishes to choose from. I highly recommend trying the fried cakes.

The specialty dishes include six types of ingredients: fresh scallions, plum and parsley, wakame, cheese, natto, yuzu pepper, and sakimaki. The scallions are cooked to the perfect rare level and are extremely tender. Each ingredient is delicious. In addition, there are fluffy TKG made with fried tofu and melon, chicken miso soup, ramen, and other dishes that can be enjoyed even without using skewers.
The freshly picked salmon is truly delicious, but there are also other dishes that are equally tasty, such as liver and heart. The fluffy TKG made from white meat looks like a meringue and is perfect for ending the meal. Additionally, other menu items like chicken miso soup, ramen, and fried cakes are also worth trying, especially those not served on skewers.

We visited Tsukuri 36 for two consecutive weeks. This time, we tried dishes that were different from usual, such as pork shiitake roll and pork lettuce roll, as well as corn heaven. All of them were delicious. We also enjoyed the consistently excellent fried dough products and all kinds of fresh caught salmon. Again, I felt that they were truly delicious.
The freshly picked salmon is a popular choice with a wide variety of types, so I tend to order more. There are also other delicious skewers such as liver, heart, pilchards, tomato pork rolls, and asparagus pork rolls. I really hope you can try the fried cakes as well. Currently, there's also mini cold Chinese food available, which was very good to finish with.

This time, I was guided to a second underground annex. The annex has a counter with six seats, allowing for comfortable seating.
The space is spacious with two tables. The restaurant is also new, so it's very clean and tidy. The food is served from the same menu, so you can enjoy consistent quality.
I was guided to the "hana-rei" on the underground floor for the first time. The space on the first floor felt bright and cheerful, with a counter seating six people and three tables in semi-private areas. The skewered dishes are cooked and delivered right there on the first floor. It seems that reservations made at early hours are guided to this "hana-rei".

The freshly picked sazami is truly delicious, and there is a rich variety of menu items other than skewers. You might be tempted to choose whether to have it with fluffy TKG or as a miso soup or ramen.
It's always a peaceful place where I enjoy enjoying skewered dishes. It's also well-received by my female companions, so we often come here. Among the six types of fresh seaweed available, I always struggle to decide which one to choose. I think there's nothing wrong with any of the menu items. I first tried the ramen at the end of the meal. The soup with yuzu pepper is really good.

It's a cozy and private-style teishoku restaurant. It's necessary to make reservations in the early hours of the day. The flavors of the dishes are designed to enhance the taste of alcohol. The famous dish isささみの串焼き, but I was also quite surprised by the fluffy texture of the TKG.
