I was attracted by the post on MyRev that read "TakoBee (tako-yaki while drinking beer)".
I also rushed over to a taco joint and a Japanese restaurant near my home~♪
After finishing work, I returned to Nanshin-machi Station after 11 o'clock.
What was said was while walking back home.
Located right next to Gate No. 1 of Osaka Tenmangu Station, there is the restaurant "Tako-yaki to Kaishu, Kaidantōji".
This restaurant opened in November last year. They offer teriyaki dishes for sale at the counter, as well as ramen with tuna or salmon.
This is a izakaya where you can also enjoy takoyaki at night.
Since I usually walk back along the south side of National Route 1, this restaurant is located on the opposite side.
Noticing that it is open until late at night, this is my first visit here.
The restaurant is run by the owner and two male staff members. The counter seats and table seats inside the store are almost fully occupied.
It was a bustling scene, filled with men and women who seemed to be colleagues returning from work.
I sat at the very back of the counter and ordered everything without any taxes included.

At first, I thought I would just enjoy “tako-ichi” with just raw beer and takoyaki.
After eating lunch early, 12 hours have passed, and my stomach is empty.
I just ended up asking for a lot of things.

The taste is influenced by raw ingredients, sauce, soy sauce, ponzu, sesame oil, miso mayonnaise, salt, and dashi broth.
toppings can be freely selected, including green radish, tuna, and mayonnaise.
However, the green onion garnish costs an additional +50 yen, so please be aware of that.
While pondering which beer would pair well with it, the taste was described as being typical of "salt and sesame oil."
The toppings were arranged with "seaweed" and "mayonnaise".
It was a slightly smaller version of the takoyaki, but it was freshly baked and ready to be savored with a warm bite.
Drinking cold beer is simply amazing!

The "kubikawa ponasu" ordered as an accompaniment to the sake was not good. It was too strong!
Thinly coated with flour, fried crisply in oil. Beneath the chicken head skin, there are wakame, shellfish cracks, and green onions.
A generous amount of sliced green onions was served, along with lemon as a garnish. A generous amount of ponzu sauce was also poured over it.
It's simply delicious, there's no better place. Soon, the beer ran out, so we ordered an additional "Highball".

Colorfully arranged shredded cabbage, shellfish, lemon, and cherry tomatoes are served alongside.
With a tartar sauce, this dish is eaten with a satisfying crunch.
The fabric is crisp and fluff-free, while the meat is plump. The taste is not at the level of a izakaya restaurant.
If you order 'Ocha Zabek', you can choose between salmon and wakame.
I was served seaweed tea naké, but unexpectedly, instead of using tea, they started to prepare the broth in a pot.
On a small plate, shiitake mushrooms pickled with wasabi were served alongside seaweed tea pickles.
Throw all the wasaebis in, then mix in plenty of kombu, thinly sliced shiitake mushrooms, and white sesame seeds.
I took it with a spoon.
If this metal spoon had been a wooden spoon, maybe we could have gained even 0.1 points.
The owner of this restaurant is no ordinary person!
Masterful handling, efficiency, and a clever use of flavors
It was far superior to what the waiter at any of those izakayas prepared.
I thought that, considering it was a yakinoyu (Japanese tavern), the pricing was set at a 10% higher rate.
Considering the quality of the cuisine, I am satisfied.
Tomorrow, I have off work, so I’m in a relaxed mood as I cross the pedestrian crossing on National Route 1.
I returned home.
Next, we went there at noon to get takoyaki delivered from home.
I will try various flavors.
