Visited "Sushi-Ro 南池袋店" in Ikebukuro.
It’s a nationwide chain of sushi restaurants, as expected.
“スシロー”さんには様々な種類がありましたが、多様な品揃えがあることは、大きな店舗である証とも言えるでしょうね。
As a publicly listed company, when I examine the financial statements of the consolidated subsidiary, it seems that while the sales volume is increasing, the profit margin and other related figures have significantly decreased.
Upon reviewing the financial reports, such as those related to securities, it is evident that factors like the weakening of the yen, rising material costs, and labor expenses have led to an unprecedentedly difficult situation for Sushi-RO. The company's regular profits have reportedly decreased by about 30% compared to the previous period.
Well, speaking of such serious matters, as a company, we strive to maintain customer satisfaction even if we have to reduce immediate profits.
In order to witness a part of such corporate efforts, I have received a gift certificate this time, and thus decided to rush over.
Install the app, make an appointment in advance, and then dive in.
Check-in is also conducted using a system where we enter the numbers manually.
Upon being led to a seat, the ordering is done using a touch screen.
①The sushi isn't being served, and ②there are no soy sauce dishes available. These two issues made me think a lot (by the way, point ② was also mentioned in the quarterly report w.t.).
The system for delivering orders is quite stimulating, especially for children.
I ordered salmon, tuna, three kens of roasted pork, shrimp, thick-sliced meat, hamachi, and meat sushi.

The shari has a slightly sweet taste, making it easy to enjoy on any layer of food.
It seems that the content is a bit lacking as a novelty, but considering the price, it's truly impressive. One could say that it's a remarkable example of a Japanese food company.
Clupea pallasii, Harima, roasted sawara, etc. were really delicious.
Especially the roasted sawa, it was well-seasoned, and the sawa itself was quite large, making it delicious!
On the other hand, a slight disappointment was the hand-rolled oysters.
The size is good, but the amount of potassium permanganate used is quite high. Considering both the price and the company’s efforts, it can be accepted. However, the strong taste made me reconsider my previous opinion that “oysters are difficult to handle as ingredients.”
The payment was made using a credit card.
The price is satisfactory.
Additionally, since I counted all of the last dishes, since it's a touch-screen system, isn't it better to keep the statistics as they are? I chuckled at these thoughts.
It was delicious.
I will come again. Thank you for the delicious meal.
