This is a barbecue restaurant located along National Route 263 in Noyaki.
On this day, I was staying at Noyaki, so for lunch, I had a meal at Zisan Udon before moving to this place.
The restaurant is mainly arranged with tables, with just four counters. Since I was alone, I had my meal at the counter with a ducted system in place.
From the menu, I ordered a good lunch for 1430 yen.
Upon ordering, a fireproof seven-wick torch was set up beneath the duct.
The meal we wanted to order appeared at 14:30. It was a lunch menu priced at 1430 yen.
This is a set of three types of meat for lunch during good times: beef, Wagyu beef, and pork karabu.
The soup served with lunch is wakame soup.
The rice served with kimchi can be replaced at any time...
The meat is cooked using a seven-wick method.
I ordered pork karabie with salt, and beef satay with tamari.
Especially the Wagyu beef was extremely tender and delicious, so soft that it melted in the mouth...
The restaurant is located in front of the Zisan Udon.
