At the barbecue restaurant in Shibuya-Kamiyama, I ordered a [Special Course] (12,000 yen with a 90-minute drink package).
The quality of the meat was excellent, and the menu offered a comprehensive experience, from appetizers to desserts. In the first half, we drank beer to soothe our throats, while for the main course of meat, we paired it with red wine for a perfect pairing.
Fresh Kimchi Platter (Bok choy, Cucumber, Radish)
The fermentation process is perfectly balanced, with a great harmony between acidity and spiciness. Especially the cabbage has a strong umami flavor, making the beer more enjoyable from the first sip.
Namuru Maki (Radish, Sennen, Miso Mushroom, Chard) →
A gentle flavor, with a refreshing taste. The bitterness of the beer and the aroma of sesame oil from Namul complement each other perfectly. It served as an excellent accompaniment before the main dish, providing a good atmosphere before the arrival of the meat.
Special Selection Yukke (Grilled)
The black beef that was lightly grilled on the surface has a rich and sweet taste of fat, creating a luxurious flavor that melts in the mouth as soon as it is taken into contact with food. The refreshing taste of beer helps to wash away the fat, allowing for another bite.
Black beef sushi
Shari and the meat are perfectly combined, and the more you chew, the more flavor spreads out. The slightly darker sauce pairs well with beer, making one can't help but smile.
Famous Thick Cut Tandoori Chicken
Cut into thick slices, the meat exudes juicy juices that become more flavorful with each bite. Simply seasoned with salt enhances the natural goodness of the ingredients, making beer seem like a necessity.
Famous Black Furko Beef Fire Steak →
Before your eyes, the meat is cooked with great flames, creating a visually delightful spectacle. The surface is fragrant, while the inside is soft and tender—an exquisite cooking method. From here, it is transferred to red wine, where the rich flavors of the meat and the tannins of the red wine perfectly blend together.
Exclusive selection of two types of red meat (upper harami, upper karubi) →
The upper halami is extremely flavorful, with a rich umami taste that becomes even more pronounced upon chewing. The acidity of the wine complements the taste, providing a satisfying finish. The upper karbi features a distinct sweetness from its fat, and when paired with a heavy red wine, it creates a luxurious combination for enjoyment.
Handpicked 2 types of organs (upper liver, upper hormone) →
The upper lobe is fresh and odorless, with a soft texture. The upper hormone has a sweet taste, and when paired with red wine, its flavor becomes even more profound.
White Cold Noodles (Kumtan Cold Noodles) – Also available with Kuba.
This soup is filled with the rich flavor of beef bones. It has a smooth and rich taste. Like a dark red wine, it complements the soup’s gentle flavor, helping to soothe the palate.
Troker Almond Dessert
As the name suggests, it has a smooth and creamy texture. It’s rich in flavor, yet leaves a refreshing aftertaste. It’s the perfect dessert after enjoying plenty of meat and red wine.
The first half is enjoyed with beer, while the second half is savored with red wine, allowing the culinary delights to be appreciated more fully.
In particular, the thick-cut tuna and grilled steak were highly impressive. It was a menu that satisfied both meat lovers and wine enthusiasts.

Special menu: ¥10,000 includes drinks for free for ¥2,000.
Here, the famous sliced tuna and fire steak are highly recommended.
Moreover, the black beef sushi was of a very high quality. Among all the beef sushi I have eaten at grills so far, this one ranked among the top three.
Other meat dishes, cold noodles, and kappa are all highly delicious and of high quality. Therefore, even a course costing ¥10,000 is satisfactory and leaves me satisfied.
The unlimited drinks include sparkling wine, red and white wines, as well as draft beer. So, all the wines I need to drink are available—perfect.
I would like to use it again.
