We went to eat a lunch menu. We made a reservation about a month ago and visited the place. The counter had only six seats, making it a cozy atmosphere. There were three groups of customers, including us, and we felt very comfortable there. The owner was a young man, and it seemed like he and his wife run the restaurant together.

The menu included soba vinegar, fried dishes, grilled dishes, tea bowl steamed dishes, 10 katanas of sushi, red broth, and pudding. With this menu, the price was 8,800 yen. Therefore, the lunch course is quite affordable.
Particularly delicious and impressive was the “Yakiniri” of sea scallops. Sea scallops are marinated in a sauce made with onions. The scallops themselves have a high fat content and strong flavor, but this onion-based sauce helps to make the fat of the scallops more pronounced in the mouth. It was a perfect combination.
Additionally, they seem to be very particular about the seaweed used. They use seaweed from Urayasu, but for the seaweed and sea urchins, different types of seaweed were used in the dishes. Moreover, there was a tea bowl steamed dish made solely with seaweed, which allowed one to truly experience the flavor of the seaweed itself. It was a delicious dish indeed.

What came out were three types of drinks: AKABU, Gaki Masamune, and Ishi Selfan. The alcohol chosen by the chef was truly outstanding. It was a strong-tasting drink with rich flavor, perfect for serving as an after-dinner drink.
From noon onwards, I was able to enjoy delicious sushi and alcohol, and I was extremely satisfied. Thank you very much for the hospitality.
