Since I bought a new TV, my watching time has increased. Although I'm suffering from sleep deprivation, my appetite is always good. Especially at noon, my stomach feels empty immediately. (*´ω`*)
I went to a certain restaurant in Shinbashi for a hearty meat meal. However, on the way there, I was drawn into the maze of New Shinbashi Building. There are rumors that this area will undergo redevelopment, but I really hope that its chaotic atmosphere will remain unchanged forever.
After walking around the entire first basement floor, there were izakayas and restaurants where one could have a drink during the day. All of them were bustling with activity. Among them, I decided to enter a decent-looking restaurant.
This time, let's focus on the restaurant ◎Ryūryū.
Upon entering, they suggested choosing a seat at the six-person table in the back. It was meant for one person, but we are truly sorry m(_ _)m
Immediately, a person with a smiling face came over, bringing along a cold washcloth and a cold drink. It felt really comforting.
Looking at the table menu, there are just delicious items. I chose my favorite dish from them.
◆ 豚肉とキクラゲの卵炒め定食 780円
From the moment of ordering, it took about 10 minutes before we were ready to sit down.
The main dishes include what's known as "Kishu beef," rice, soup, salad, pickles, and almond tofu.
The main ingredients include pork, kikarage, carrots, onions, and mizukake, which are stir-fried together with eggs.
The seasoning consists mainly of oyster sauce and chicken stock, which is quite satisfying due to its stable taste.
This creamy, glossy agaric is paired with tender pork meat that offers a rich flavor and fatty texture. Alongside it are crisp shiitake mushrooms, onions and carrots that contribute to the dish without being overly noticeable. These ingredients are perfectly combined with soft-boiled eggs, creating a delicious meal.
The cooked rice was slightly firm, but it was delicious served alongside the cucumber pickles. It's really nice that I can have extra rice if I want.
This soup features a unique and flavorful taste, with cherry shrimp floating on top. It’s completely different from the typical Chinese dishes we often see in restaurants. The soup is served in generous portions in a bowl—perfect!
I ate about half of the main course, so I asked for more rice. Again, with a smile, they brought me more rice. It felt great.
Additionally, the tea service was excellent; they even poured it for us, offering a perfect service experience.
後客も、次々と入ってきますが、これは、良いサービスと広々とした心地よさのスペースがあるからこそです。
The price is also quite reasonable, at just over 700 yen including tax. I’m definitely planning to visit again. I’m looking forward to seeing what I can eat next time.
Ah, it was delicious. Thank you very much.
