This is a review of dinner that I had last month in Osaka.

We are people who really like teppanyaki...
That evening, I decided to make a call, and it was great that I was able to make a reservation.

Although the emergency declaration has ended, the number of people on the streets in Dotonbori is still relatively low.
There were signs along the street.
It's just an ordinary mixed-use building, so I almost missed it as I was passing by.
We descend the stairs to the underground level.
It seems to be a place that truly reflects the charm of Osaka’s downtown areas. It has entrances reminiscent of clubs or lounges.
Only a counter.
There are about 10 seats. Maybe there are around 12 seats in total.
On this day, there is a special recommended course from Shuzu: 13,000 yen (including taxes).
It's been a while since I've been here, so I decided to set up a surveillance.
First, I was served sparkling wine in a glass.
Each table was equipped with alcohol sprays.
The first vegetables to be arranged on the iron plate were grilled vegetables.
Small eggplants, shiitake mushrooms, lotus roots, acorns, and the red one is Gobo.
The red color is due to the use of minium iron oxide, as it is said.
I haven't eaten here for a long time.
While the vegetables were being cooked, dressing was placed on the counter.
Two types of homemade products.
I've forgotten the details... But both were delicious.
That delicious salad, here it is.
Many different kinds of vegetables, each served in their own bite.
It seems to be about receiving effort in terms of preparation rather than quantity.
Even a small amount of dressing was sufficient to make it delicious.

And, black meat kotatsu.
Even just lifting it with chopsticks, you can tell that it’s soft.
And it has a fragrant aroma, reminiscent of smoked food.

I really like this place. I wanted to bring this as a gift for my mother, who loves meat very much.
Next is the alive shrimp.
It's alive~~~.
Cruel? But delicious.
Once the grilling is done, this is the size of the dish. The sweet taste of the eggplant is truly outstanding.
After that, we ordered the shells to be cooked thoroughly. We received them with a crisp and delicious texture.
Next, the main dish! The sirloin – 120 grams per person. That makes a total of 240 grams, enough for two people.
You can choose the cut of meat, but we prefer the sirloin!
The meat looked so delicious that I was completely thrilled. The chatter among the people also got even more lively. As a result, there aren’t many photos of the meat.
By the way, that day, there were only us customers.
There was salt, ponzu sauce, soy sauce, and garlic sauce available, but I asked for wakame.
Beef with wasabi – that's simply amazing.
The wonderful thing about this restaurant is that they carefully cook portions of exactly two dishes at a time.
Good meat. Even if you eat it silently, it will become cold by the end of the meal. But since they cook it in two bites at a time, you can always enjoy it in its best condition until the very end.
Delicious and delightful.
When cooking the meat, a large amount of gravy is also cooked together.
It's also good to eat it together with the meat. Or you can leave some leftovers...
Final dish: Garlic Rice! A dish with meat and garlic chives. On top of it is garlic sauce-fried onions.
Here, we add the garlic chips mentioned earlier, and also mix them together with the garlic sauce-soaked onions...
It's a paradise. A true paradise.
Even though I'm full, I can still eat everything up.
Soups and...
Even the pickles are really delicious.
I only mentioned that it was delicious. The dessert consisted of fruits and shaved ice.
Your mouth feels completely clean and nice, doesn't it?

There are many restaurants that release saliva, but it's the first time I've encountered a place where they offer "eyeglass cleaning products."
Certainly! The meat is cooked over an iron plate right in front of you, so the fat really flies off.
On that day, it was a young chef who prepared the dishes.
She handles those two noisy old ladies skillfully while preparing the ingredients.
Truly a craftsman, isn’t it?
And the waitresses at the restaurant also provide excellent service, just in a way that's perfect for both them and the customers.
It was absolutely enjoyable.
While we were eating, we talked about Wagyu beef. I was talking about the cows from Miyazaki. But this restaurant serves Saga beef.
There were gum and breath care products available as well.
Now, if I calm down and look at the photos of the restaurant, I see things like foie gras and katchogabaloo.
There is a beautiful bottle of sake at the counter, but can I order it?
I was served sparkling wine, along with recommended wines in glasses. The price of the wine seemed reasonable…
This time, there were only us customers, so we could talk freely without any reservations.
If there were other customers present, I would have been a bit more cautious.
Since the atmosphere of the restaurant is great, I think that the atmosphere of its customers is also excellent, which makes it the most enjoyable experience.
Basically, with this price of 13,000 yen including taxes, I thought it was quite affordable as a teppan-yaki restaurant.
Last year, my aunt also loved teppan-yaki. So, I thought to myself that I really wanted to bring her here again.
I expect that customers will come back again in the future, so it's better to make a reservation in advance.
