The history of the business can be traced back to December 24, 2010, when the "Kobe Barbecue Kantai Mishinchiya Store" opened. In April 2012, the "Shibuya Store" was established, followed by the "Mishinchiya HANARA" on October 25, 2013. On February 1, 2015, the "Second Generation Kantai Minokocho Store" was opened, and on June 1, 2015, the "Shibuya HANARA" was established. I visited the restaurant at a late hour, and I was served shiitake salt beef and thick-cut beef halaami. Although many restaurants run out of shiitake halaami during late hours, it's impressive that this restaurant consistently has meat of this quality available. I've also visited restaurants in Tokyo before, but their quality remains consistently high.
