《レバー》
Outside, the fire is burning vigorously, while inside, it’s soft and moist.
If you cook this way, it's probably overcooked.
This is a slightly spicy sauce with a sweet-spicy flavor, making it quite salty.
《てっぽう》
The meat from the upper two parts of the tofu is very firm.
Below that, there are hormones added to it.
It seems to have been blanched slightly! It's very tender.

What I thought was more than expected! The amount is actually quite substantial!
Small cuts make it easy to eat. Look!?
It comes with chopped garlic.
The flavor isn't as sweet and rich as that of a garden restaurant.
A gentle sweetness.
Combined with garlic, of course, it's delicious.
Especially, it has no texture at all; it's very soft.
