This is a rare sake with a total of 622 bottles produced. This particular bottle has the number 75. It has a smooth taste, with a gentle woody aroma from the oak barrels. The aftertaste retains the subtle lingering flavor characteristic of sherry barrels.

A sake made from 70% of Shimoneta prefecture's excellent rice, which has been slowly aged in an ice-temperature storage cellar under the cold environment.
The summer-born sake has a soft flavor of umami and a lively taste.

Both the cuisine and the dishes were presented in a sophisticated yet creative manner. The composition was truly remarkable, making for an enjoyable dining experience.
In addition, you can find rare wines that are difficult to obtain locally. Even if the restaurant does not have these wines on its menu, you will be surprised by the variety of such exclusive wines available.
This restaurant has a friendly atmosphere where you can have conversations with the kind-hearted owner. It’s highly recommended for those who want to try sushi at the counter or for women who prefer to dine alone. There are also several private rooms available. This place is ideal for colleagues at work, couples, and even weddings. It’s a great place for any occasion.
Indeed, we are currently developing a new menu item. It seems that we can offer a course featuring tiger pork and handmade dishes.
In the upcoming seasons, it will be great to enjoy tiger pork too.
