After checking out of the Hotel Tsubaki Villa Tokyo, we decided to have lunch in the restaurant area on the 11th and 12th floors of Ginza Mitsukoshi Shinkan, where we purchased dinner at the underground level 2.
We considered restaurants like Teppan-yaki, Syuuzouen, and Chinese cuisine restaurant Taoguelou at the Ginza Mitsukoshi store as candidates. We went to the restaurant district after 1:30 pm. We queued up at Taoguelou at the Ginza Mitsukoshi store—it had the shortest waiting time among the restaurants we visited (4th to 5th groups in line).
After waiting for about 15 to 20 minutes, we were guided to our seats.
The menu displayed on the outdoor signboard, which I had taken photos of in advance, wasn’t found in the received menu. I tried showing the photo to the male staff and asked for a order. They replied, “That’s a night-time menu.” When I explained that it was supposed to be listed on the outside menu, they said, “Huh?” and went to check it out. After confirming that it was indeed listed, they said that they couldn’t serve it because it was mistakenly placed there. As a result, we had to choose another menu. (By the way, about 45 minutes later, when I left, the signboard remained in its original state. This clearly shows the lack of integrity of the restaurant.)

△▽ 季節の前菜:クラゲ、キュウリ、カブなどを酢漬けにしたもの
△(□) Fuka Hire Katsuko (Kisei Samurai Shark Breast)
The soup is very spicy.

:食材が豊富に使われており、アスパラガスやエビなどが含まれています。
△+自家製焼き餃子4個 1120円(1232円)
; 4 종류의 조미료가 준비됩니다: 식초 간장, 호박 간장, 간장, 라유.
: The meat is abundant and tender, but it's not juicy. The cost-performance ratio is poor.
△(□) 蟹肉入りレタス炒飯 2680円(2948円)
The crab is well-flavored. There’s also fried chicken, which is quite satisfactory.
The amount is quite large, so it's recommended to share it between two people.
Compared to GINZA沁馥園 the previous day, the taste, service, atmosphere, and cost-performance all fall short.
