Beautiful, clear air and the beautiful night view of Kōfu.
From the 13th floor, one can enjoy a beautiful night view below. The dishes include delicious steaks, seafood, and vegetables.
The situation was absolutely perfect.
The wine is also a local product from Kaga.
The ingredients for the iron plate grilled dishes are quite good.
Truly, it's the best hotel in this region.
Even the service is very pleasant.
Originally, the Fujiya Hotel in Hakone was a traditional "Western-style hotel" that has been in operation since the Meiji period. It was a popular hotel among foreigners, and many famous foreign guests would stay there.
Chaplin, Helen Keller, John Lennon, and so on.
That group's Kofu Fujiyu Hotel, just like Hakone, allows one to feel the history through its service.
Well, it's the middle of the holiday season, so the place is quite crowded. After enjoying some mountain activities, my exhausted body was revitalized by the hot springs.
And, teishiban-yaki and Kōshū wine!
Not a perfect match, huh!
Expectations rise.
☆Yone Course: 8,800 yen
The main course is Tempurō-in. It’s an incredibly affordable menu in Tokyo, including cold and warm dishes, vegetables, rice, and desserts.
Additionally, a little more fish (*^_^*)
This wine is also highly recommended—the Kaga wine from Marus, "Hosaka Premium 2013". It combines perfectly with Cabernet and Berry A.
I encountered delicious wine.
Delicious, and on the way back, I bought some products from the winery (^_^)
Steak grilled dishes are truly a matter of quality in terms of ingredients, the timing and experience of the grilling process. However, all the dishes feature excellent ingredients and delicious taste.
However, at the same time, perhaps because we were serving several customers at different times, it’s undeniable that some vegetables and fish were overcooked. That’s a disappointment.
A few young chefs are a great asset for the future.
I asked for the steak with less fat, and I was able to enjoy the chewiness of the meat and its juicy flavor.
The way it was cooked was also excellent.
There were also two side dishes served, so in terms of volume, it might have been a bit too much.
The meal, where the wine was paired skillfully to enhance the taste, was truly delicious and added a touch of elegance to the dining experience. It was an excellent choice.
Nevertheless,
Why is Garlic Rice so delicious, huh? (^_^)
Thank you.
I will come again.
