While visiting Oshin Tenkou, I decided to have lunch early.
Second visit.
Since it was still early in the day after opening, there was only one customer sitting at the counter.
The lunch menu is very attractive, making it hard to choose.
My companion chose Umenkiden.
I guess this is it, hmm... Takara Uno Jū
The female owner listens to the orders, prepares the dishes, and serves them.
本当に面倒なことになるだろうと思っていたが、その後でさらに一人が加わった。
Kōryō Unakoshi is a dish where fluffy egg rolls are served on top of okaoshi.
I was deeply impressed by it last time, so I decided to have it again.
A harmonious combination of light-flavored soy sauce rolled eggs and grilled eel.
Even if you serve them separately, they are still delicious.
The companion seemed to like the wrapping, which was a relief for me.
A lunch at a Japanese eel restaurant located in an old alley is highly recommended.

I often hear about places in Osaka, but many of them are places I've never been to.
Sonezaki is also one of them.
Accompanied by a person from Osaka, we passed through the grounds of Oshin Tenjin and entered a rather unassuming restaurant located in a nearby alley.
There are also yakitori dishes, but they are said to be from a tuna restaurant.
Sit down at the counter.
This day seemed to be fully booked.
In the cooking area on the counter, the opened eels are being grilled over a grill.
The appetizer was eel liver.
I didn't expect to be asked to do this from the very beginning.
I ordered the seasoned dish with a sprinkle of sauce, based on the choice of the person who brought me the food.
It's the so-called fried meat, but the ingredients used are different. I ordered red ginger and octopus.
The meatloaf is white in color and has a fluffy texture.
The skewered dishes are left to our discretion. Short cuts, halumi, kiri-kara, eri, shibu, and liver.
At this place, I ordered Japanese sake.
The final step involved having the famous Takara Udon-don split into two portions each.
There is a large egg roll placed on top.
The omelette is plain, so you can choose to sprinkle a little soy sauce according to your preference.
The sauce for the eel donburi was light in flavor. It seems that they have confidence in the quality of the ingredients used.
We enjoyed it very much.
Thank you to the guests who have joined us.
It seems a bit difficult to enter here alone without a companion.
The people at the restaurant are quite friendly, so it might be a good idea to give it a try.
