A sushi restaurant located along Kawagoe Street in Kōbashi-ku.
A lively owner runs the restaurant, creating an atmosphere where even first-time visitors can feel comfortable and make a stop.
Centered around seasonal fish and seafood, there are also various types of sake and side dishes. The glossy nuts are also a great attraction.

The sashimi restaurant in Itabashi Ward that I was introduced to by MyRev.
I used to pass by this place from time to time, but it was finally my first visit.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the operating hours of this restaurant can be found in the store's blog.

First time I visited here, but the chef seemed cheerful and friendly, which made me feel at ease.
There are about 10 seats arranged in a L-shaped counter, with table seats also available further back.
To create some spacing, it was advised that a table would also be suitable.
Since there isn’t enough space at the counter for the sleeves to touch each other, let’s go over there.
Due to the season (and during the period of Girls' Generation), there was very little left of the ingredients.
The product contained in the case is very lustrous and makes one feel excited.
I ordered sashimi at a reasonable price, and I had tuna katsu cooked over a skillet.
・Sashimi
A beautifully presented six-piece platter, where hidden from sight are ingredients like salmon and eel.
Kohada is a type of dish that is lightly seasoned with salt, and the flavors of the ingredients are truly highlighted.
The texture of the kamaishi kelp is comfortable, and the marbled fatness and sweet taste of the eggplant are also excellent.
・Fried Squid
I thought to myself, "Is this really just a decorative item included in the case?"
The texture of the dish is plump and delicious. The sweet-and-spicy cooking liquid well penetrates into the dish, making it truly enjoyable.

On that day, it was just the chef working alone, but the alcohol and dishes were also impressive.
・ナぎり
I ordered one portion using that item.
Initially, the Aj & Tai appeared on the menu. They have a slender and elegant unique shape.
Indeed, it features a lustrous texture and a long, thin shari about the size of a thumb.
The shari has a slightly sticky texture at the fingertips, with both sweetness and acidity being quite restrained.
The amount of pressure applied during gripping is just right; it’s enough to press with the tongue, allowing the meat to soften smoothly and separate easily.
Not only are the elastic seeds good, but those with a rich and fatty texture are even better.
Among the slightly unusual features of this restaurant are dishes like “Mikata Nikiri”.
It seems to have a lot of salt content, but surprisingly, it still feels quite satisfactory.

Received the tea bowl and the thin rolls, and today's dinner is also concluded.
It was my first time here, but the chef maintained a cheerful attitude throughout, just like any of the regular customers.
It was a comfortable and delicious experience with sushi in this restaurant. Next time, I’d like to try some alcohol as well.
