In 2011, I went for lunch.
In 2014, I bought an Osechi.
I also really wanted to try the dinner at Seiwa, Nishi-Wakayama.
Since it's a nearby place, I think it's better to have something extra if we're going there anyway.
I went to try the "Waka-yama Yakimaki" that was mentioned during lunch.
Wakasōyama Yakemushi is a traditional winter event in Nara that takes place every year on the fourth Saturday of January.
I'm not really interested enough to go to the local area just to see it. ← It's quite clear.
Some people also dislike places where people gather and become crowded in one location.
It was the same during the fireworks festival on Koyama Mountain.
It doesn't matter if it's far away, as long as I can observe in a quiet, secluded place.
January 24, 2015 (Saturday) Yōgasa Mountain's fire was ignited at 6:30 PM.
6:15 PM – Fireworks will be set off, so please make reservations early at 5:30 PM to enter the venue.
The decor is in the style of the Heian period, so staff dressed in kimonos came out to greet us.
In the lobby, I ordered the Welcam Drink: plum bean tea and black bean desserts.

18時~通路に設置されたスピーカーからフルート奏者が生演奏をしていました。
Lunch time, the background music was from CDs. But at night, there’s live music.
It was said that the private rooms were all occupied, so I sat at the window side of a large room with a beautiful view of the garden.
“This restaurant is included in the ‘Top 10 Restaurants with Great Views in Nara’ list.”
Beyond the garden, you can see Horyu-ji Temple. Also, Yawakayama has arrows marked points.
Ifuga Mountain is bare compared to the surrounding mountains, so it's easy to identify from a distance.
During the Mid-Autumn Festival's full moon, there is also a banquet menu where Noh plays are appreciated.

Here, fireworks were set off, so we came to turn off the electricity in the room.
As the staff member who served the meal said
Winter fireworks seem to appear more clearly because the air is dry.

The first half was small, but from the second half onwards, it became more lively and I could see better.
The ignition of the mountain fire seemed to be extinguished quickly, which felt short...
I enjoyed the subsequent meals without paying attention to the grilled mountain meat.

All dishes feature a gentle flavor that emphasizes the taste of the ingredients. The other customers are all regulars.
Perhaps it is designed to suit the elderly regular customers, offering a healthy and wholesome menu.
I really felt that Japanese cuisine is indeed suitable for our bodies.

On New Year's Day, I ate "Osechi cuisine" for the first time in two years.
I purchased the Osechi from "Nishi-Wada Seki".
Since there are two people, one level costs just 10,000 yen.
I also purchased a small bottle of Saeki's nakomiyaki (600 yen). ↑
Just this one serving made it easy to consume white rice.
How delicious the soy sauce-dipped items are! They make for a perfect Ikar Dinner.
Additionally, Oshōzuki.
Once again, it's great that there are Japanese people who make wok cuisine a cultural heritage.

Japanese cuisine is really nice~
I decided to start paying special attention to eating Japanese cuisine from now on.

Accompanied by the female manager, first at the entrance, where she served tea and snacks.
After looking at the menu for today and indicating my order, I will be led to my room.
Unless it's for a kaiseki course reservation or group reservation
It's arranged to be a room with tables where multiple guests share the same space.

The difference between dim sum and yousan is that dim sum has better prepared dishes.
Desserts come with water-based pastries and sweets with matcha. The total price is 1,260 yen.

If you have the privilege of having lunch on weekdays
Even in the ancient city restaurant, it was quite satisfactory☆

The food combined with the presentation and the ambiance made the meal a delicious experience♪
Watery desserts were no different from cupcakes, which are easily sold and are just similar products.
If you think about it, this allows you to enjoy the flavors of a teahouse in a convenient way.
The chef's obanzai is truly affordable.
Located on a quiet residential area at a high altitude, all rooms offer a beautiful view of the Katsushika Valley and the Yosakawa Mountain.
The surroundings are extremely quiet (^_-). This place is perfect for special occasions where food is served with great care (^_^).
