I come here when I want to enjoy delicious Japanese cuisine.
Since there was only one person, I was guided to the counter.
For lunch, there are four types of set meals available, as well as a regular lunch menu.
Crafted Set Meals, Seafood Dish Set Meals, Boiled Fish Set Meals, Grilled Fish Set Meals (each 1650 yen)
Each item includes a side dish, white rice, miso soup, and pickles.
White rice, soy sauce can be ordered extra.

Dashi Maki Egg Cakes and homemade tofu.
The omelette was served with radish sauce, and the dashi broth was very flavorful.
The homemade tofu is slightly warm, and it has salt added to it, so it can be eaten as it is.

Tuna, bonito, mackerel... Here are fresh fish displayed in rows.
Here, many customers have ordered sashimi set meals.
I guess the fish here must be of excellent freshness...

That day, there was boiled crab or grilled safflower.
Choose grilled fish.
Lovely large-sized karais with a soft texture. The taste is not very strong, which I quite like.

It comes with salt.
Fried dishes cannot be served as a set meal, so this lunch menu is absolutely my favorite!

The rice cooked over a stove is truly delicious!
The miso soup contains fried items and wakame, served hot☆
The bok choy was pickled in a light manner, making it a perfect match with the rice.
The skilled skills of the owner, and the gentle service provided by the female staff at the restaurant.

We went to eat a set meal for lunch.
On this day, the grilled fish served was "two types of salmon," and the boiled fish was a "combo dish."
■ 海鮮丼定食 (1650円)
Sushi bowl, miso soup, and side dishes.
This dish includes a soy milk rolled egg custard, as well as homemade tofu.
The seafood dilledu is served with tuna, bonito, mackerel, and shirosu.
A finely chopped ginger is served alongside the dish.
The egg yolk and soy sauce are provided separately, so you can choose to add them if you wish!
The homemade tofu is salted, so it should be eaten as it is.
The miso soup consists of wakame and yakisoba fried until the surface becomes browned.
So delicious that I ate too much☆

Among them, my favorite restaurant is "Konishi-san", where you can enjoy delicious and fresh fish.

The rice is cooked in a large pot, truly delicious!

This dish also comes with kombu.

Fried to perfection, crispy on the outside, served with salt.
■ 白米 味噌汁 漬物
The miso soup contains wakame and fragrantly roasted agero.
I really like this miso soup, so I order more☆
This dish also comes with kombu.

I sometimes ask to have the yolks removed during my order, but all of them are delicious.
The master handles the kitchen alone, while also taking care of everything related to the seating area!!
