A restaurant specializing in Gifu beef, with its headquarters in Gifu Prefecture, has now opened its doors in Osaka. This time, I enjoyed a Gifu beef shabushabu course for lunch.

The interior of the restaurant is a refined Japanese-style space, where you can enjoy your meal in a calm atmosphere. The provided Toya beef has a beautiful marbled surface with a perfect frosting, and each piece is carefully cut. It looks absolutely delicious, which certainly boosts my expectations. ^_^
In the freshly simmering broth, the shabushabu is gently tossed. The key is to not overcook it. When it enters your mouth, the delicate texture of the Hida beef and the meltingly sweet fat fill your mouth with delight. There is no trace of off-flavors; only the rich, premium flavor remains. ^_^
There is also plenty of vegetables served alongside the meal, adding a crisp texture that serves as a great accent. I ate fresh vegetables and high-quality Gifu beef alternately, and in no time, I finished the entire meal. ^_^
It’s surprising to receive a shabushabu course made with this high-quality Hyogo beef for just 2420 yen. The cost-performance ratio is extremely good, and it was a thoroughly satisfying lunch experience. Not only for lunch, but I also really hope to use this restaurant for dinner.
