I made a reservation around 6 p.m. on Friday and visited "Yakisumi Tsuruyaya". It seems like the place is always crowded, so it's better to make a reservation in advance.
It was a restaurant that exuded an authentic charm of a traditional grilled meat shop, offering a high level of comfort and satisfaction.
The first dish I ordered, raw senmai, was not too strong in taste and was very delicious. It had a firm, chewy texture that complemented the dipping sauce perfectly. I also ordered extra servings.
Next up is Salt Tan.
Not too thick, not too thin – just the right thickness for easy consumption. When cooked, the flavor spreads quickly. Beer becomes more enjoyable immediately.
この黒毛和牛カルビは、脂の甘さがしっかり感じられ、口の中でとろけるような食感です。焼き過ぎないように調理することで、最も美味しい瞬間を楽しむことができます。
Harami is a type of meat that has a rich flavor. It is soft in texture, and as you chew it, the juices from the meat come out.
Additionally, the upper garnish I ordered also had firm fat, offering a rich flavor. It was a dish that complemented both rice and alcohol perfectly—a true steak-like meal.
マルチョウは、プリッとした弾力がありながら、中から甘い脂が広がる美味しさです。網の上でカリッと焼くと、さらに旨みが引き立ちます。こちらもビールとの相性が抜群で、最後まで美味しくいただけました。
It has a local atmosphere that is very appealing. It’s the perfect place for those who want to enjoy delicious grilled meat without any pretentiousness.
Thank you for your hospitality.
