This year, the root snow is approaching, so cycling won’t be possible for now. It seems like winter will come early this year… orz. I have accumulated 3550 points from Yumlog, so I decided to go to a barbecue restaurant near the intersection of Minami 7-chome and the ring road. The restaurant opened just after 1:30 PM on Sunday, but since there were no lunch services on weekdays, it was completely empty. This time, I ordered the most expensive barbecue meal: a “Special Barbecue Lunch Rice” with a large portion of 4280 yen plus 150 yen for oolong tea.
The meat served was three pieces each of premium Japanese beef Sagari, premium Wagyu karabu, and Wagyu roe. In addition, there were pumpkin, garlic, bell peppers, carrots, a radish salad, kimchi, rice, and miso soup. It's been quite some time since I've had such delicious meat, lol. This was probably my first time eating sagari with a frosted surface. All the meat melted in my mouth (°▽°)… truly a blissful moment. Sure, the meat was extremely delicious, but eating more would probably make me feel nauseous, and it wouldn’t be good for my health. So, maybe this was enough. It was a highly satisfying lunch.
For lunch, the menu that is even more expensive is only available for steak meals. So, I’ll keep this as a point to remember. Next year, when I get back, I really hope to eat delicious meat again.

Without realizing it, I had accumulated nearly 3000 V points. However, I didn’t have any restaurants where I could use these points. So, I left them untouched. But then, I found a barbecue restaurant in Kikushima-machi that would accept my points. Since I hadn’t been there for about a year, I decided to take advantage of the opportunity and made a reservation on Sunday.
We went there after booking at 11:30. There wasn’t much people waiting in line. Compared to places like Tokushou-san or Teyo, where it's quite crowded even on weekdays, this place is more peaceful and suitable for eating comfortably. Since we had the chance, we ordered the second-expensive beef dish, the "Gokujū Ranshi" for 3280+ yen, but changed it to a Bibimbap for 300+ yen. We also ordered 100 yen worth of Urolon tea.
The meat is served in five varieties: Wagumo Moroslice, Ushakaari, Kokunoaigari Rousu, Ushikata Tan, and Kokunoaigari Karubi. Each serving contains two pieces of each variety. In addition, there are onions, peppers, carrots, and sweet potatoes. Furthermore, the meal is also served with Bibimbap, miso soup, kimchi, and radish salad.
Of course, all the meats are soft. They become even softer just by being cooked a little. The top beef teriyaki was wrapped in plenty of green onions. The sauce consists of a unique blend of soy sauce, lemon, and salt. This sauce has a distinctive flavor, reminiscent of a Dijon sauce. It’s delicious, but I prefer the lemon-based version because it’s easier to eat. The Bibimbap is also tasty, but it’s a pity that there’s no egg yolks available.
Also, I wrote a lot of reviews. Next year, I hope to eat even better meat again. ( ´∀`) In a place with such high ratings, it's really valuable to have a restaurant in the suburbs of Sapporo where you can use V points.

Today is the last afternoon off for this year, so I decided to visit this place that I hadn’t been to yet this year. It’s 13:30 on a weekday, but there are quite a few customers here. The location is near the intersection of the ring road and Minami 7-chome Yuri-dori.
On weekdays, the lunch prices start at 980 yen. In addition to grilled meat, there are a variety of other dishes such as dumplings and other side dishes. There are also hamburgers, steaks, and sukiyaki. Today, I wanted to try pork too, so I ordered the Set of 1100: Cut-down Beef Karbi and Pork Karbi, along with 100 units of uron tea. All orders are made via tablet. A large serving of rice is free of charge.
The set includes rice, miso soup. The meat options are 4 pieces of pork karabu and 4 pieces of beef karabu. There are also onions, radish salad, and kimchi. The meat is thick, with good fat content, and it’s tender and delicious. It can be eaten with soy sauce or ponzu sauce (not the kind with soy sauce). The ponzu sauce is really good. The onions are sweet, so they can be eaten plain. The amount of kimchi is small, but it’s still delicious.
Personally, I would prefer a slightly higher price, but having more meat would be better. It seems that the restaurant uses good-quality meat, but unfortunately, even the lunch menus here have relatively little meat. Also, I hope they can use some more delicious rice. This is quite important. These two points are what I really want to improve next year. Laughing, I really hope to eat better meat next year.
