A restaurant I found online. I was interested in dishes with fish as the main ingredient, so I went there on a weekday night.
Upon entering the restaurant, one found white wallpaper that seemed to have been applied by hand, creating a cozy and homemade atmosphere.
I found a place at one corner of the counter.
无论如何,我们点了一杯“啤酒”,从赤星的那个大瓶开始吧。
The menu features not only fish dishes, but also many items from Kyushu cuisine. I ate whatever caught my fancy at that time.
There was a description, but the prices of the menu items are calculated without taxes.
At Togoe Ginza, it seemed that the prices of beverages were particularly high.
The "mung beans" served as an appetizer are of good quality, simple in preparation, and delicious.
I thought it would be sashimi next, but instead, they served "Salad Kikurage with Soppig Salt and Namuram".
A generous amount of spring onions was served in a delicious way, along with umshumsha. The broth and salt used for the nammur were also very flavorful.
The sauce of "Nira Souse" is quite distinctive and authentic.
The flavor of the green beans in the sauce isn't as strong as expected, but it turned out to be a sauce that can handle those distinctive ingredients.
“刺し盛り”には珍しい魚が並んでおり、少し締め付けられているせいか、それぞれの魚の味が引き立っています。
This restaurant offers sushi on Thursdays, and the skills of the chefs were fully utilized in preparing the sushi.
From here, we transition to Japanese sake.
I chose a strong-tasting sake from "Kumano" in Hyogo Prefecture.
They poured it in such a way as to overflow the container.
“チキン南蛮”は、想像していたよりも小さなサイズで提供されました。
A sauce that is sweeter than tartar, with a flavor that lingers in the mouth. Just this sauce alone makes it tempting to eat more noodles.
“うなぎサンド”は、海苔、ご飯、大葉、タルタル、そしてうなぎを手で握りしめたものです。
The tartar is also interesting, but the flavor of the white pepper was what stood out.
As mentioned in advance, due to the high demand, the cooking process took some time.
Personally, I was more interested in the order of the dishes. For example, I felt that "steamed vegetables with soy sauce" should be served quickly...
