A delicate sauce with purple onions, absolutely delicious! Since the chicken is delicious, there's no smell at all; it's really tasty.

Fresh enough that you can eat it without any worries. Chicken teriyaki.
The chicken at Chion seems quite crispy in texture, with a delicious soft meat.

The chicken from Chihou has an additional kick of spiciness added to it. When mixed with the egg yolk, it becomes a mild and delicious dish!

The freshly cooked tofu on a hot iron plate is topped with plenty of cheese. The chicken meat is used as a substitute for minced ingredients, and it's quite delicious.
The spiciness based on miso is so strong that it makes the rice taste delicious.

This restaurant features a large amount of specially prepared charusyu, including the rare charusyu made from三元豚. It’s really delicious.
The noodles are from Dì'é, a type of noodles that provide a substantial bite and have a strong chew.
This mild soup becomes a favorite after a while. It’s easy to eat and has a rich taste.
The citrus-flavored seasoning leaves a refreshing aftertaste.

A ramen with chicken and seafood, filled with plenty of green onions. It has a minimalist flavor, making it refreshing!
Adding miso for variation in taste, as well as garlic chips, further enhances the flavor and makes it more delicious.
It's also very helpful that they operate the restaurant on a continuous basis.
Dinner drinks, lunch dishes, and ramen—all of these are recommended ways to use them.

Last time, while walking around, I discovered a newly opened restaurant.
It opened on the 25th, so I went to check it out right away!
The restaurant is located on the second floor, just next to "Yakisumi New Yorko," a bit further into the direction of Harukichi-dori.
Since it's chicken steak grilled meat, I thought it was some kind of grilled meat restaurant… (laughs)
It seemed to be a version of the soul food tribute from Fukuoka, called "Chicken".
Opening the door, one enters a spacious interior with both table seats and counter seats.
The menu is simple.
Only chicken iron plate grilled dishes!

Please ask for a large portion of rice.
The table features spicy miso, yuzu pepper, and ponzu sauce.
Each of them seems to be customized for consumption.
As per the name "Omakie," there was a stick used to tilt the iron plate.

It seems that it takes a little longer to place an order.
From behind, there’s a delicious aroma that smells of "jujū".
We were families with children, and we also ordered one portion of teppan-yaki for the children (laughs).
After a short while, the iron plate-yaki was served.
Since it hasn’t opened yet, the service is polite and the atmosphere is pleasant.
It feels like the food was prepared with great care and precision.

On the hot iron plates, there are plenty of cabbage, chicken meat, and… what is this called?
I have a cheese topping, but it's impossible to tell just by looking at it. When I lift it up, I can see that indeed there is cheese, and the cheese is creamy.
Serve the food while it's still hot.
Fried chicken, kimchi, and rice have also arrived.
First, place the board on the sticks.
The soup accumulates, and in that area, a little bit of spicy miso is added gradually.
First, leave it as it is.
The cabbage is cooked perfectly, with a crisp texture and a sweet, delicious taste.
The chicken seemed a bit tough for children, so it was not ideal. However, the cabbage was very delicious. My son, who doesn’t eat vegetables, ate it with his rice quickly.
Since it has a cheese topping, I grabbed a piece of cabbage, chicken, and rice that combined spicy miso with cheese.
It's absolutely delicious!
The sauce is also quite mild, with a milky white color.
This spicy miso has a strong flavor and is delicious.
What makes it stand out is the rich texture brought by the cheese, making the taste even more distinctive. It seems to be enough for about four people.
The rice I ordered was a special-sized portion, but it seems it might be a bit insufficient.
The taste of the rice is so excellent that it feels like an old story—just the right amount of a true extra-large portion of rice.
My partner said that the vinegar was also delicious, so I tried it.
This is, completely refreshing!

Since it opened very recently, there's an addition to the menu.
It would be nice if there were additional menu items like "meat extra," "vegetable extra," or something similar that could enhance the overall experience.
Even so, the taste was solid, and I was extremely satisfied.

It seems that they also offer takeout services, so it sounds like a good option for eating at home.
This sauce has an incredibly delicious taste, so it is highly recommended.
