Drifting Newbie Karemania / Newcomer Ramenmania
I am a single man.
This is a casual review by my father.
Those who want to see "concise information" about the restaurant and its cuisine, please click here.
Please move to other people's reviews.
It's just simple, really. Just simple.
It was "more than 35 years" ago (given that, it seems to have been carved quite recently).
However, his father was sent by the company to live in Hiroshima City.
Yes, that's correct.
The period of time was quite short, just “about one year and a half”.
The "Kōchi-yaki of Hiroshima" I met there
At that time, there were no such things as "social media/online information," and travel programs also didn't exist.
Because it was an era when such broadcasts were not frequently done, "Oshimaki"
In other words, "Osaka-style O-yokimaki" has become a common sight.
The restaurant "Fūtsuki" that was located near Shizō High School has opened up stores in various places.
Starting from then, it can be used for meal prep after driving.
So, because of that, I was quite confused.
Instructions for preparation: If you are not familiar with it, it might be difficult to eat or drink after the meal.
Eating it...
Of course, it's not just about "the dish being the main focus." The way of eating...
However, when I returned to Sapporo, there were no restaurants that I could offer as a regular choice.
After a while, small shops began to appear, in Sapporo and other places.
I had the opportunity to eat here, but... umm...
“Overstyling the taste of a distant past” ❔
And, about two years ago.
A chance to dine at a specialized restaurant in Tashiro-dori that specializes in Hiroshima-yaki.
And, after a long time, I said, "Ugh, it's delicious❗"
Hello, I am new here. The "Kaapse Sauce" is also a great choice as a starter.
(But my father’s conclusion is, it’s still ‘Ota Fuku.)
“Osaka’s” food is something I’m already used to eating, so I don’t really dislike it. But still…
“広島の”は重たく感じないから、良いね。
So, while reminiscing about those past events, I happened to watch...
In a local program, this restaurant was featured.
Ah, I really want to try it.
Then, shall we go and have a look?
I also visited the restaurant "Hina-chan" located on Tori-dori. It's a restaurant from Hiroshima.
I am here with the person who responded positively to the suggestion of this restaurant.
The location is North 15th Street, West 4th Alley, Nakatami District.
As guided by the previous person, it was mentioned as "West 5th Street, Torikawa Road".
It is located at the corner of the T-shaped intersection on the ring road.
“West 5th Street・Tonikawa Road” across from it is, Hokkaido
There is a university hospital here, so it can be considered one of the landmarks.
Arrival time was around 13:30 (Sunday)
No prior or subsequent customers were present at this restaurant.
In local programs, they use ingredients from Hokkaido in their preparation.
As mentioned. (Vegetables, pork, etc.)
Let's take a look at the menu.
First of all, the "total price including taxes" display is quite clear. ❗ Right?
These days, a menu with "tax-exclusive" labels is more noticeable.
According to the published information, it's undeniable that customers may feel that the prices are high at the time of payment.
So that's it.
If you calculate things carefully, it's not a big deal.
■ 단순하지만 기본적인 요리들
■『ジンギスカン』と北海道らしさを出した一品
■ Hiroshima / Featuring lemon and oysters, a dish characteristic of the Kaisen region
As a menu in a larger establishment, the pricing seems similar to that of other stores.
Hmm, it seems a bit cheaper, isn't it?
(The difference between including tax and excluding tax is a bit... the rest depends on the service charge.)
へえ~、「ハーフサイズ」という設定もあるんですね。
The price is "not simply half the normal price," you know?
I asked each person one dish at a time, and then we shared it together. It's not like sharing everything.
Maybe I can try it. I see.
Oッ❗❗
The settings for "Lunch" are as follows. Moreover, it seems that the day of the week doesn't matter.
◆Based on the "Nakamasoba/Udon" priced at 900 yen including tax,
◆Tax included: 100 yen to 200 yen for the addition of "1 topping".
◆ソフトドリンクは「飲み放題」とあります。
Huh, huh, what is it❗
And yet, the price including tax is only 1,100 yen.
Since it's a dish made using fresh ingredients, it's recommended to consume it with plenty of water as part of daily hydration routine.
As a father, I would really like to have another drink.
The cost of the jank drink is quite high, so I’ll have to bear it patiently.
(I think it's incorrect Hiroshima dialect.)
Self-service (concentrated liquid type) - yet it's still "drinking free"
It's very grateful that these services are included in the set price ❗
Hoejya keke, I won't drink three or four cups like that, you know?
(I think it's incorrect Hiroshima dialect.)
This guy, even when adding more toppings, still offers soft drinks.
If you order more, you’ll end up with too many items❔❗
So, even if it's a small contribution, I hope it can help boost sales.

The "Chinese Soba" with double noodles has a quiet, oppressive feeling.
The sauce is spreaded thinly and lightly.
Tabletop Bottle "Otafuku Sauce" and Standing Mayonnaise
Since these are equipped, you can enjoy the taste according to your own preferences.
You can adjust the shade of the color.
Let's try cutting it with a "hela".
Ooooo❗
The aroma of "Ika Ten" wafts up, further stimulating my appetite ❗
“豚肉”もちゃんと入ってますよ❗
A "Chinese Soba" that seems like Hiroshima's o-yam-yaki, crispy.
A favorite type of cuisine that was cooked in Paris.
Due to the overall thickness, it can be easily chopped into pieces with a "hella blade."
It can hold items inside.
Even though I’m not eating it yet, it’s really good. Yes, it’s excellent.
Even when cut into bite-sized pieces, the noodles remain crispy.
It's quite difficult to collapse.
Today, it seems that I can just eat "hela" alone.
Hmm.
Good texture and taste.
Still, the sauce seems a bit thin.
I can feel a slight, faint powdery odor.
Then, please arrange the “Otafuku Sauce” in a round shape on the table.
Mmm, it's gotten better.
"マヨ、ビ〜ム"も、ね。
Then, let's take those things that were shared by the guest you brought along as well.
"Udon" is a type of noodle that is easier to eat, so it is made a bit thinner.
But, it's moist and delicious. This is just right.
The rest is to choose between "Chinese soba" and "udon" based on personal preference regarding texture.
It would be good if they could be separated.
Mmm...
If you don't even try the regular menu, it might be considered a disappointment by the staff.
It’s unknown.
But as a introductory guide for those who wish to try "Kagoshima's Oshimiyaki,"
It has a certain taste as well, making it the most cost-effective option for lunch.
As such, isn't it a good restaurant?
Probably.
Similarly, select a soft drink and request an additional serving.
It will fall in the range of “tax-inclusive prices starting at 1,000 yen.”
(Probably around 1,800 yen, I think.)
For a regular restaurant offering "teppan-yaki/Omakase-yaki", you know what to expect.
