I have made a reservation for dinner at 16:00 at "Wagyu Hormones, One Head of Beef, Ushihachi, Gochijima Store".

For me, who loves Wagyu beef so much, this seems to be an unaffordable restaurant♪
Go to the second floor where the restaurant is located by using the elevator!
The door opens, and you're immediately inside the restaurant!
The staff greeted us with a smile and guided us to a table in the back of the restaurant.
The interior of the restaurant has a clean and comfortable feel, reminiscent of a casual barbecue house. It seems like a perfect place to enjoy barbecue in a relaxed atmosphere.
This time, it was my first visit to this restaurant, so I asked the manager for some recommendations.
Firstly, it seems that getting a drink menu for 2000 yen is quite advantageous. But there’s also a way to reduce the price of that drink menu to 1500 yen!
“Is there really such a great deal-making method?” I asked.
“Cooking a full course meal, or if you prefer an à la carte option, you can register through the ‘Ushihachi App’. In that case, the drink service will cost 1500 yen!”

Since it was slightly frozen, I gave it some time before adding the wasaibia soy sauce. The balance of the frosted texture was extremely good. It melted smoothly just by the temperature in the mouth♪

The three signature dishes are beef thick cut cutlet, beef fresh white organ (Kopchan), and beef supreme liver roast. All the organs had a truly delicious taste. Among them, what really stood out to me was the beef thick cut cutlet!
The beef cut into thick slices, with only fat on one side, had a unique crispy texture due to being cut into thick slices. The deliciousness was enhanced by the unique crispiness of the meat and the rich flavor of the fat.

The more you chewed it, the more the unique crunchy texture of Minos and the delicious flavor of the fat, enhanced by salt, became even more appealing. It was truly delicious. (^^)

Today, the alcohol I received was one beer and seven servings of raw mackoris! If I had ordered just one item, the price would have been quite high—around 4440 yen. But by opting for a drink package costing 1500 yen, I was able to enjoy the drinks much more affordably (^^)v
