24/5/15 - A restaurant specializing in grilled meat, corporate bento, fresh meat, and side dishes.
The fifth restaurant of the Taketashimatō series has opened.
“とんかつ処たけ家 とんとん”という、とんかつを提供するレストランです。
The interior of the restaurant has a cozy feel, with about 20 tables spread out over a small space.
In a ticket sales machine style, it seems that orders are directly sent to the kitchen.
I went to pick up the finished product in a self-styled manner, and I also did the cleaning myself.
Reservations are only available for takeout; seating reservations are not possible.
Inside the restaurant, there was a monitor that allowed customers to check the progress of their orders.
This is also available outside the restaurant. It’s convenient, especially when waiting in a car during takeout orders.
The menu on the signboard reads, "New Feature: Nishio Tontakatsu."
Starting with the Mikawa O-Ikun pork,
This tonta-katsu is made using a variety of ingredients provided by local producers and suppliers in Nishio.
A popular café in the same city of Nishi-ō, "Zōmeisha", is being operated by...
It is said that the miso sauce made with beans from Imai Koza is my favorite dish.
Today, I received a serving of Saito Roasted Steak with a fixed meal, weighing 150 grams, priced at 1,380 yen.
The sauce available to choose from is, of course, miso.
By the way, there are also soy sauce, salt, "kami-oroshi" (a type of seasoned salt), and ponzu vinegar available.
The set meal includes rice, pork broth, and cabbage, and you can order more of these items at will.
It has a thick texture and seems to be quite large in size.
Although it may seem like a strong flavor, it is actually a very mild miso sauce.
It’s been a long time since I had miso katsu, but it’s still delicious.
Perhaps it's a soul food deeply ingrained in DNA♪
The texture of the dough is fine and crispy, with no signs of tearing apart; it remains firm and crisp.
There were a few flaws, but the meat was quite satisfactory.
The pork soup has a lot of ingredients, and the dressing for the cabbage is made with sesame seeds and traditional Japanese flavors.
The Japanese-style dish was a bit spicy, so sesame oil would be a good choice.
Since it's your own decision to order more, there's no reason to feel embarrassed.
Please have as many cups as you want. ^_^;
A restaurant that offers a quick and convenient meal.
Thank you very much for your hospitality.
