Returned for another visit. This time, it's a night-time visit.
I remembered this as a perfect place to enjoy delicious spaghetti conveniently, whenever I wanted to.
Today, with my son present, I fulfilled his request to recommend a cheap and delicious restaurant for a date.
At night, the lighting in the restaurant also has a mysterious feel, creating a warm atmosphere.
Spaghetti
This seafood dish features a olive oil sauce made with fresh minced shrimp and clams. The clams are tender, and the mushrooms are prepared using shiitake mushrooms, which make for a great choice. The noodles are slightly softer than al dente, but still within acceptable limits. The saltiness is well-balanced. It’s really good!
This oil sauce features porcini mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and enoki mushrooms. It’s filled with my favorite ingredients, and the Parmesan cheese complements the flavors perfectly. The aroma of the porcini mushrooms is a bit weak, but as a pasta dish for autumn, it’s still quite good.
Smoked salmon with cherry tomatoes and cream sauce. The smoked salmon has a chewy texture, while the cherry tomatoes add a crisp bite. The cream sauce combines these elements perfectly, creating a deliciously acidic flavor that really stands out.
Harusame and Bacon Cream Sauce – This was the best meal at this spa today. The cream has a rich and satisfying texture, and the saltiness is just right. The soft harusame, along with the saltiness of sliced bacon and Parmesan cheese, made for an absolutely delicious meal. It’s perfect for days like today when it’s cold outside!
Pizzamargherita: The dough is slightly crispy. The mozzarella is a standard version, with a slightly thin saltiness. Since it isn’t cooked over a stone kiln, there’s no smoky flavor from burning. It tastes simple and smooth. There’s no roughness whatsoever.
All dishes cost around 1,000 yen. For example, the Pizza Margherita costs 880 yen. This is a great place to enjoy pasta and pizza in a casual and convenient manner. The taste of all the dishes was excellent, so it has become a favorite restaurant for our whole family.

Today, starting from morning, we went to visit the cemetery. After returning, as it was noon, we decided to stop by this restaurant.
The restaurant is located on the street in front of the station on the north side of Shiromei-cho, along the Arashino Electric Railway. There is a paid parking lot available, located on a road just north of the restaurant. It is recommended to check this information directly at the restaurant. I believe that parking for one hour costs more than 3,000 yen.
Both the exterior and the interior are unpretentious, with a relaxed atmosphere. There was a poster of Dichéco attached to the wall, so it seems that they use Dichéco's noodles for their dishes...
On Sundays and holidays, the lunch set is not available. However, individual dishes can be ordered with various extras. For example: Yari Ika and watercress with anchovy flavor – 880 yen; olive, ketchup, and anchovy tomato sauce – 880 yen; bean and bacon tomato sauce – 880 yen. Additionally, there are mini salads for 100 yen and cup soups for 100 yen.
Bread costs 50 yen. Drinks also cost 250 yen... There are also appetizers and pizza, which are quite affordable. Pasta prices usually range around 880 yen. Overall, the whole place seems to be quite inexpensive at night.
Mini Salad: The base is a standard type of vinegar and black pepper. The taste is refreshing. Quite average.
The soup is a corn soup, with a slightly rich taste. The flavor is also sweet, which is quite acceptable.
This dish features anchovy-flavored yariike and watercress, served in an oil-based sauce. It has a subtle garlic aroma and a delicious taste. The saltiness is moderate, but the fresh watercress, yariike, and lettuce are stir-fried with garlic and olive oil. A small amount of red wine is also added, adding a nice accent to the dish. The texture of the noodles is al dente, and the salt is well-presented. “Oh, these noodles from Dicheco… a truly trustworthy dish. The cooking method is excellent, and the level of cooking is just right…” It’s really a great dish!
Olive, ketchup, and anchovy tomato sauce. This dish also has a strong saltiness. The noodles are of the al dente type, with a crisp saltiness. The black olives add a sour taste, while the ketchup brings a spicy flavor. The anchovy adds a unique aroma and saltiness to the dish. This dish is quite good!
Abalone and bacon tomato sauce. This dish also features finely sliced abalone and bacon as ingredients, with plenty of Parmesan cheese added to it. The Parmesan cheese does an excellent job in enhancing the overall texture of the dish. It blends perfectly with the noodles, creating a delicious combination!
After finishing eating, I found that it was a quite good pasta with no disappointments. I would like to try the pittas next time. Definitely a repeat order! After all, if the price is so low and the quality of the pasta is this good, then it's definitely worth it.
The lunch menu that includes appetizers and desserts for 2100 yen might seem a bit expensive by comparison. However, it’s nice that you can order individual items for just over 1000 yen. I definitely want to go back to this restaurant again… It’s a great place!
