At the beginning, it was an absolutely outstanding experience. The horse meat was simply luxurious, and the amount of tofu golden sesame salad was astonishing! It was so much that one could easily fill their stomach with just the salad alone.
I had the chance to try Katsuaki's raw ham carpaccio for the first time. In addition, I enjoyed the famous fried pork knobs, the beautiful-skinned skewers, and the one-cut pork belly with grilled vegetables. There were many delicious dishes of pork belly that I really enjoyed♪
