Well, the child ordered the Ishimaru 4-color Dish from the menu.
I would like to start with a draft beer first.
Since it's a good opportunity, let's also do the "Ham Yaki".
I ordered a pot-roasted abalone and a live white clam dish.
The活白蛤 (Hōbinosu) used to come in either a single piece or a slightly more affordable two-piece set. However, now it is only available as a single piece ordered individually.
Since the scallop is prepared by cutting it into pieces and then putting them back into the shell, it's a pity that we can't enjoy even the parts that are left inside the shell.
Of course, the live white clams are, without a doubt, thick-fleshed and delicious!
I've had two bottles of beer so far.
Since I still wanted to eat something more, I added yak kabayaki and crab miso karaage as additional orders.
Drinks have shifted to Mikan Sawa.
This time, I chose the crab miso grill that was available previously. However, there was also a version of the crab miso grill that seemed to have been improved, and it was included in the menu as well.
It was a luxurious dish, where even the crab meat seemed to be prepared with great care.

On that day, I was torn between eating junk meat or cooking shellfish like holm oysters with seafood. In the end, I decided to go for the latter.
After a long time, I will visit Ikuma Fishery again.
The drink is a Mikan Sawa.
I ordered one of the grilled dishes, Crab Miso Gairao, two shelled white clams, and one potted clam dish.
We will cook it using the small kitchen appliances on the table.
This grilled seafood is not only visually appealing, but its smell is also unbearable, you know.
First, let's start with the crab miso grilled dish.
After baking for a while, there was a bubbling sound around the crab miso. And when baking further, there was also a bubbling sound in the middle part.
If it gets burnt, it's a waste, so we transfer it to a serving dish and serve it with a spoon.

Next, sardines and holbiods.
Since the scallop had already begun to firm up, I drizzled a little soy sauce for the shellfish and continued to help it firm up further.
From the appearance alone, it seems delicious. w
But the “Sasaae” from Ikkimaru Fisheries is made by cutting the meat off and putting it back into the shell. Isn’t that right?
I really want to cook it as it is, and I'd also like to eat everything up~
And the Hombinos shellfish also come out of their shells, ready to be eaten.
Cut off the upper shell with a razor, and just like before, pour the soy sauce for the shellfish and let it simmer until it becomes very hot.
The smell of the simmering soy sauce is a pleasant aroma.
The body of the large plump fish is absolutely amazing, I really like it♪
While enjoying the Mikan Sawa, I thought I really wanted to eat something more, so I ordered Corn Butter.
Seafood? Really? Wwwwww… Including that self-referential comment about being a bit ridiculous, wwwwwww.
This is a great choice as a side dish for alcohol.

Seafood-related dishes are a bit more expensive, but that's just unavoidable. I really wanted to try them.

I finally went to Ikkimaru Fisheries again, determined to eat some proper rice.
The menu items listed on the table were expected to be suitable for lunch. However, upon inquiry, it was learned that they are also available at night.
Among the numerous menu options, I ordered salmon and bream pickled rice bowls.
Since I was also considering grilled dishes, I ordered a smaller portion of rice.
I will wait while drinking the Mikan Sawa.
However, unfortunately, the white clam shells grilled that we were looking for were sold out, which is a pity.
I was thinking of ordering crab miso grilled dishes, but it seems that they can only grill them and bring them over directly. So, it seems that you have to grill each dish on the tabletop stove.
That's nice, but it's really a pity that it's just one dish. It's quite a bit of effort to handle just one item like that. w
So it would be nice if there were a choice where you could choose to cook something and then bring it over.
So, the salmon and bream pickled rice that I ordered is actually very delicious.
The pickled dishes are not spicy with soy sauce either; they are just right and quite good.
However, if you choose to eat grilled dishes, even a normal amount of rice would be fine… I have a slight regret about that. w

Due to the transition from the emergency declaration to the key measures for preventing the spread of the disease, it has become possible to enjoy alcoholic drinks from 11:00 to 19:00 on weekdays. So, after a long time, I decided to explore some bars again.

After leaving the well-versed Ginji restaurant at Miyuki-dori, heading towards Yama-Den Himeji Station, the fifth store we encounter is Ikkimaru Fisheries.
So, I really want to try the "Ham Yaki," so I entered the restaurant.
It's after noon on a weekday, but there were about 30% to 40% of customers in the restaurant.
While drinking the Mikan Sawa, I ordered a crab miso kama-yaki and two white clam shells yaki.
In just a short time, the white clams were delivered. After that, the crab miso roe was also served without much waiting.
As the crab miso roe is being cooked until it becomes crispy, I pour soy sauce over the white clams that open their mouths. The aroma and delicious sound of the good smell spreading out are truly delightful.
The surrounding seneburo (a type of bar) might seem a bit expensive if you consider it as a standing drink, but it becomes much more convenient when done at home. Therefore, considering all these factors, it's actually quite a good choice.
Basically, Samburo isn’t a category for standing glasses of alcohol, you know.
I recently visited the skilled chef, Hidenji-san. He offers a set of drinks that is truly economical and convenient. For lunch, I would choose the Izumaru Fisheries store, which offers a variety of udon dishes. For drinks, I would opt for Hidenji-san’s selection. It seems like there’s a good way to differentiate between both options.

Anyway, just walking by there, you can smell a wonderful aroma.
This is a smell that will definitely be appreciated by those who love seafood.
Izumaru Sushi-san is a seafood-based izakaya that is open 24 hours a day.
After the year-end party, I tried to catch a last-minute train, even though it was impossible (but no way, własnie).
In my own usage scenarios, most of the time, I use it for a casual stroll during the day.
It seems that there are also seafood dals during lunchtime, but I usually choose kabayaki dishes.
