We visited Tenfen Ryomami-bu Yokotani Biei in Meiko-eki. On this day, we went there with a friend after work. Upon entering, we were greeted by a L-shaped counter and private rooms. We sat at the counter, where we could enjoy the craftsmanship of the chefs right before our eyes. We ordered the Tenfen Ryomachi Set (13,000 yen) on this day. The meal started with a seasonal soup, followed by fresh seafood like shrimp and red kama. The light dressing that brought out the best flavor of the ingredients was impressive. Each bite produced a satisfying crunch sound. Seafood like scallops, abalone, and swordfish were served in balance. The abalone at Tenfen Ryomachi was especially delicious, with a sweet and savory taste. The use of specialty lemon salt and curry salt allowed us to enjoy the variation in flavors. For drinks, we started with sake and then moved on to Nikka Florentia soda water. To finish, we had either a tempura or tea pickle. This time, we chose the tea pickle. The mild flavor of the broth complemented the freshly fried sushi perfectly. We enjoyed it until the end without getting tired. Overall, the elegant taste and refined service were impressive. It’s a great place for special occasions. I would like to visit again. My friend who came with me said he wanted to use this restaurant for business purposes. Thank you for the meal.
