For eight consecutive years, this restaurant has been awarded a ★ in the Michelin Guide. The renowned establishment in麻布区, “Tennofu Ryō Yokota”, saw its previous owner retire in 2021, and the current owner took over the business. The restaurant now operates in Ginza.
Additionally, places like Hamamatsu-cho, Ebisu Garden Place, and Shinjuku Biedie are also continuously expanding.
By the way, the original head office in Maebu is also listed as one of the "Yaburu 2022 Top 100 Street Food Restaurants".
It seems that there are sister restaurants that also feature sushi specializing in the Yokota brand.
The location is on the first basement floor of a stylish building near the intersection of Ginza Shuzen-ya-dori and Chokusekisha-dori.
The interior of the restaurant is beautifully designed, utilizing plenty of wood, and exudes a dignified atmosphere.
Being the first to be served, I was given a special seat at the back of the counter, where I could clearly see the cooking area. (Laughs)
The tempura flour is said to use a variety of different flours. The frying oil is a blend of corn oil and sesame oil, which results in good oil retention and a crisp, refreshing texture when the food is fried.

・鰆スープ…旬のサワラを使った、味わい深くて心地よい味わいです。
【Sashimi】
・このマス…赤身と中トロール。
Produced in Ishikiba, Miyagi Prefecture, the interior is almost as large as the exterior.
The fat is sweet, and this is truly a delicious beef.
【Tempura】
・車海老の足…まずはその足から。
Not only is it crispy when fried, but the flavor of the shrimp meat and its texture are also outstanding. It’s a truly shocking level of deliciousness that makes you can’t help but exchange glances with your friends.
・車海老…柔らかくて甘い味がする。
Delicious...
・蓮根…厚く切られています。
A dish with substantial appeal.
・真鯛…非常に美味しいです。
・アスパラ…かなり太いグリーンアスパラですが、これもまた非常に美味しいです。
・新さつま芋…かなり時間をかけて揚げられています。
This is a completely different product compared to ordinary sun-dried tomatoes.
・甘鯛…白身でふわっとしていますが、味がしっかりしています。
Indeed, the gyo is delicious.
【酒菜】
・カブとカラスミ…カブのおひたしにカラスミの粉を混ぜてあります。
A truly exquisite dish.
・Mozuku with Zuwai vinegar... A luxurious dish where mozuku vinegar is served with the shredded meat of zuwai crab.
・ホタルイカ…旬のホタルイカを酢味噌で。
・蕪の含め煮、生ウニ添え…口の中で溶けていくような蕪の煮物を生ウニと一緒に食べる幸せ。
【天巻き】
・車海老の天ぷら、キャビア、いくら、シャリの手巻き…これらを食べると、美味しくないわけがありません。
An extremely luxurious and delicious masterpiece.
【Tempura】
・帆立…肉厚で、レアな特徴を持ち、甘みが強い。
I will be happy.
・ヤングコーン…食感がとても良い。
・オクラ…歯応えが面白い。
・穴子…サクふわの穴子天。
Delicious, indeed.
The tempura is prepared entirely with salt and lemon.
On the counter, there is a small bowl of curry salt, which allows you to adjust the flavor according to your preference.
【식사】
・天ばら(天茶漬け)または芝海老かき揚げ丼…天茶をいただきました。
This is a fried egg with pickled vegetables.
Perfectly suitable for the schedule.
・季節の香りの食材…たくあんと芝漬け。
【Sweetness】
・自家製の焼きプリンと小豆…お抹茶と一緒に。
I enjoyed it thoroughly until the end.

『へべすサワー』(700円)…へべすとは、宮崎県特産の柑橘類“へべす”を使用したサワーです。
へべすは、江戸時代の末期に宮崎県日向で生まれた長曽我部平兵衛という人物が、近くの山で香り高い木酔しを発見し、自宅の庭で栽培したことから名付けられたと言われています。平兵衛さんの名前から「平兵衛酢(へべす)」という名前が付けられました。

一つ一つの天ぷらを丁寧に揚げる様子を見て、再び「天ぷら」という料理の奥深さと幅広さを知ることができました。
The selection of saké also includes many varieties that complement the tempura well.
The chef is quiet, but very efficient in his work; it’s clear that he has great skills.
It's also wonderful that you take the time to change the paper frequently.
We were able to enjoy an extremely luxurious time.
This restaurant has only been open for just over half a year, but I believe it is a capable establishment that could still receive higher ratings from food review websites in the future.
If you want to enjoy some luxury in Ginza and have teriyaki fried chicken, this is highly recommended.
