This is a relatively new izakaya that opened in Tanabashi in January this year. I visited it with advance reservations. Since it was a weekday, I had only one other customer during my stay.

There were plenty of dishes available, about two portions per person as shown in the photos. Everything was perfectly delicious and visually appealing. Among them, the salmon, bonito, and other seafood stood out especially.

Large slices of peeled autumn eggplant, fried zucchini, and mountain vegetables. Delicious and juicy!
・Extra-fine Asparagus Fried Croutons: 950 yen
It was crispy and juicy as asparagus tempura, but it wasn’t as thick as expected... lol.

A masterpiece of cooking, where the bonito fish is grilled to achieve a crisp surface and a moist interior. The portion is also large, making it highly satisfying to eat.

The texture of the soft, fluffy coating makes the taste even more enjoyable. The ingredients are of high quality, and the flavor is rich. I really wish they offered a fried ingredient meal with this dish as an option for lunch. Lol.
I drank various drinks, including beer and sake. However, I felt that the menu could use a bit more variety.
