As a place to reunite with old friends, we visited the nostalgic restaurant "Pach-pach" in Shinbashi. The dishes here are creative yet still full of authentic flavors. Every dish is a masterpiece with high levels of perfection.
Enveloped by the fragrant aroma rising from the iron plate, I feel a sense of excitement even before sitting down. The first dish I tasted, Yamaki-yaki, had a light and crisp texture, blending the aroma of soy sauce with the flavor of sliced seaweed. It instantly captivated my taste buds. The following dish, Maketo Cheese and Jyugai-Mon Iron Plate Yaki, featured crispy and fragrant grated cheese, which became even more appealing when I tasted it. The Nenki-filled Tonpai-yaki also had a solid flavor, making it an excellent choice for pairing with alcohol.
This famous "Pachipachi Yaki" has a perfectly
It was a long time since I last visited this place, but I once again confirmed that "Pach-pach" is indeed a renowned restaurant that lives up to its reputation.
○Nō-san, always thank you.

I have visited Yayabaya 88 several times, but Shinbashi is my first time!
Starting from "すじぽん", it seems to appear in such an abundance that it's almost overwhelming!
Moreover, each dish was baked by the owner himself! Absolutely satisfied! I guess reservations for this place won’t be possible anymore…(Tears)
So much comes out at once, and it's a free-flowing service for 5000 yen! That's too cheap!
