Utilized three-cut pieces of top-quality black pork "Ryukuba Kuro-Tsu" directly supplied by the contracted farmer "Matta Pig Farm" located in Kagoshima Prefecture.
The inner part of the food is extremely soft.
It's cooked thoroughly with a generous amount of sweet-and-sour sauce, ensuring that the flavor is fully absorbed.

It's quite delicious.
The quantity is not cut into angular pieces, but rather forms thick blocks measuring 5 cm in thickness.

This time, although I was in a hurry, it is regrettable that I did not offer additional servings of rice, pork broth, and salads.
Next time I visit, I would like to have net-yaki black-bottomed dilled rice.
