Even though the large tuna has plenty of fatty meat, its sweetness is lacking, which is a bit disappointing. However, it’s amazing that aquaculture has progressed to this level.
So, I received a message from 【Me and the Oriole】 that there was an empty seat available. I paid the bill and then headed towards 【Me and the Oriole】.
Near the exit, there’s a spiced asparagus served in a jokki! While looking at the fresh shiitake mushrooms coming out of the bottle, I head outside.

At around 10:30 PM, arrived at Nagano City!
Looking for a soba restaurant in front of the station.
That's exactly what they haven't done. T_T
The restaurant closed at 11 pm, and even after checking on Yumello, some restaurants were already closed, so it became difficult to find a place to eat.
At major manufacturers' izakayas, such services are offered, but I prefer to avoid them whenever possible.
I was certain that there were no soba shops near the station, but now I'm confused about what exactly I should be looking for instead.
Just next to the station, we found a store with a narrow entrance but a dazzling appearance. We entered the store!
They welcomed me with a refreshing atmosphere.
First guests were a group of five people and several solo customers.
At the entrance, I have confirmed that it is a store offering 'Japanese sake', 'yaki-don', and 'sushi'.
It's a standing-food system.
If you can enjoy delicious alcohol and delicious food, then even a seated dining experience would be fine!
So, first of all, beverages.
If I was hesitating, the craftsman asked, "Do you prefer a strong taste?" and then I received a special pure sake from Mr. "Kinsho" from Suwa (〃▽〃).
