After having a quick drink at the Chinese restaurant on the first floor, I finally made my way here♪

Recently, the rotating sushi doesn't seem to rotate at all.
There are even stories about taking a special express train and getting sushi delivered there.

A sushi restaurant that is a popular choice among family customers, located right in the heart of Motomachi on a deserted island.
Now, the box seats that have become mainstream are quite numerous.
On a weekday evening, I went to this restaurant with my partner for a light meal as a break.

As the rainy season approaches in the Kanto region.
The last day of the three consecutive weekends, Sea Day. I happened to have leave, so I went to a newly opened restaurant in my area.
We visited "Ham Sushi Beitawn Honmukida."

The restaurant is located on the second floor of the former Mycaru Honmoku, now Beitown Honmoku Street No. 5. It lies behind the electronics store Nojima.
Right next to it is a Italian family restaurant called Zazzeria.
Due to the holiday, there were 4 to 5 groups waiting outside the restaurant to be served.
Waiting at the automatic reception outside the restaurant for 10 minutes to get a number tag. When the announcement comes, I immediately enter the restaurant.
The interior of the restaurant is actually larger than I expected! This place used to be a furniture store.
4명용과 6명용의 테이블이 여기저기 놓여 있어, 150개의 좌석이라면 충분히 수용할 수 있을 것 같습니다.
To ensure that even one person can enjoy it, there is a revolving rail where sushi is served, along with ten counter seats.
At this high-tech LCD screen-based sushi restaurant, I actually visited for the first time...
I was shocked to see it in this state!
In the local area of MotomachiTetsuryu BunkoThis restaurant is famous, and I have visited it several times.
How advanced has rotational sushi become? I felt that I shouldn’t be frequenting just any kind of bars anymore...

With my partner, we started with a bottle of beer (\498).
Drinks include beer, sake, shochu, and soft drinks. What about the sushi? Is this what you get?
While staring at the rotating rail, I first observed the interior of the restaurant.
In the large interior, there are three tracks. Around them, tables are arranged in a scattered manner. Until now,
I couldn't find any chef who was accustomed to making sushi. It seems that they are on the other side of the rotating conveyor belt.

Hama Sushi’s sashimi is priced at 100 yen per item. On weekdays, the price is 90 yen.

First, as a beginner, I ordered the dish through the LCD screen (feeling extremely excited, just like a child).

It's getting more interesting all the time, and it continues without stopping.

While thinking, "How could I serve shrimp as fried food?" I put it into my mouth. Sure enough, it turned out to be just ordinary shrimp fried food.
The ending dish at this sushi restaurant is miso soup.
Since there was no miso soup with crabs or shrimp, I ordered a miso soup with aburazushi and assari.
This also has a regrettable, but homely flavor.
Now, rotisserie sushi has become a sacred place for family customers. They also have a wide variety of desserts such as cakes and puddings available.
There are also a variety of side dishes that seem to be popular among children, such as potato fries and fried chicken.
What stands out are the soba and udon.
I was surprised to find noodle dishes as part of the final course of sushi.
The stomach is also satisfied, so I press the "Payment" button on the LCD screen. A female staff member comes over to the table with a smile.

Even though it's high-tech, the final step still involves counting.
Oh, I see! Since sometimes we have to pick up the sushi plates directly from the rotating racks, it's not possible to use a microchip accounting system.
I really thought "Analog is the best" and that made me feel relieved.
Clear accounting and, ultimately, human verification.
As I looked at the dishes stacked high, I felt satisfied with my choice.
