“Midnight Spaghetti”
A soup spaghetti based on tomato sauce, with chili powder and garlic. Ingredients such as mushrooms, cheese, octopus, clams, bacon, and ham are added to create a delicate pasta-based soup.
Bacon, along with the rich broth of seafood, adds a salty flavor from olives and a pungent aroma from garlic. The spicy taste becomes irresistible, making it a true delight.
“Midnight Spaghetti”
Not referring to eating spaghetti at midnight, but with the intention of creating an impact, a pungency, and a flavor that would wake one up even in the middle of the night, it was named "Midnight Spaghetti".
It is said to be the pioneer of soup pasta in Japan.

The local specialties include the "Midnight Spaghetti" that has been served since the establishment, as well as the soft-shell club and the "Cantidad Sauce," which are so delicious that one becomes addicted to it after just one bite.

The lunch menu includes fixed dishes such as Greek spaghetti, midnight spaghetti, carbonara, Cantina's special meat sauce, napolitana, and special tomato ramen. There are also daily specials like scallop and cabbage genovese, weekly-changing gratin, curry, and half-half salads for lunch.
All lunch menus include bread, as well as rice, soup, and salad. Drinks are listed separately for each item; this is the case in most restaurants.
The requested dish, "Pasta," was changed based on the weekly menu. The new option is "Weekly Variety Lunch: Fried Chicken with Mushrooms and Riehault Sauce." Additionally, I asked for a drink (costing 100 yen).

lettuce, baby lettuce, shredded cabbage, mung beans, tofu, etc. – the salad portion is quite substantial. Along with this, there’s “magic drops” – an original dressing that Il Cantì has cultivated over 50 years.
This dressing is full of garlic and onions, making it very flavorful. The purpose of visiting this place can be described as simply to enjoy this dressing on salads. If you prefer a more unconventional bernia kouda dressing, this one might be more powerful and delicious.
【メイン】
“Fried Chicken, Mushrooms, and Lehoure Sauce”
Large pieces of meat dressed in black skin, served as fried chicken.
It seems to be infused with spices, giving it a flavor similar to keajan chicken or jark chicken. Garlic and spicy flavors are thoroughly absorbed throughout the fried chicken. The batter is also firm and elastic; when cut with a knife, the juices that overflow make the meat extremely tender. It’s really delicious. For regular fried chicken, this dish offers about 8 servings in total, with a significant impact on the overall experience. Additionally, the sauce made from lefoire contains plenty of mushrooms with strong aromas, which is very tasty. It pairs well with rice. (The sauce is made by adding cream to Western wasabi lefoire.) Also, the kimchi served alongside was quite interesting. The pickled vegetables were excellent, and the roasted corn, reminiscent of summer, was fragrant and delicious.

Since it was also possible to order a larger portion, I did so. The rice mentioned on the menu as "Japanese domestic rice," and its cooking method is excellent; it has a soft and chewy texture.

Mmm, delicious. Looking at the menu, it turned out to be a product from "Kimbō," a true representative of Napoli coffee makers, a place known as the sacred land of espresso with a history of over 50 years.
Today's lunch was far better than expected. It was delicious, offered a generous portion, and offered an excellent cost-performance ratio. It seems to be a popular restaurant; it was fully booked by local office workers and residents in the vicinity. By the time I left, there was already a long queue outside the restaurant. Another option is that most commercial establishments are closed for now, so we have to look for individual or street-side restaurants.
The Big size of 380g has been introduced as a delicious sauce option – that's good news.
